Polysulfone(PSF)/fluorinated ethylene propylene(FEP)super hydrophobic membranes and polysulfone(PSF)/Graphene oxide(GO)hollow fiber NF membranes were prepared for water-in-oil emulsion and dye desalination concentration.PSF/FEP composite membrane with super hydrophobic and super oleophilic surface was successfully fabricated via non-solvent induced phase separation method(NIPS).The effects of FEP content on the morphology,roughness,wettability and mechanical property of as-prepared membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscope,confocal microscopy,contact angle goniometer and tensile testing instrument,respectively.When the FEP content was 9 wt.%,the average roughness of the membrane surface reached 0.712 ?m,and the water contact angle reached 153.3°,which showed super hydrophobicity with nanostructure surface.Then,the membrane was used for separating water-in-oil emulsions.The results showed high separation efficiency for water-in-kerosene and water-in-diesel emulsion of 99.79%and 99.47%,respectively.The flux and separation efficiency changed slightly after 10 cycles.Therefore,this study indicated that the obtained PSF/FEP composite membrane with super hydrophobic and super oleophilic surface could be used for the efficient separation for water-in-oil emulsion.PSF/GO hollow fiber nanofiltration(NF)membranes were successfully prepared by a one-step NIPS method without post-treatment.The effects of the GO nanosheets on the properties of membranes were investigated based on Raman spectra,TGA,DSC,the SEM images,water contact angle,zeta potential,mechanical strength,permeability and rejection.The resulting PSF/GO hollow fiber NF membranes exhibited a distinct improvement in hydrophilicity,the surface charge,mechanical strength,permeability and rejection.The outer surface of the PSF/GO membrane as selective skin with high density and charge had a good separation performance;while the inner surface with many big pores in the macrovoids decreased the water resistance,resulting in high flux.The membrane can achieve the high dyes flux of 95.4,98.7 and 101 L·m-2 h-1 at 0.2 MPa for Congo red(CR),Direct Yellow 24(DY24)and Acid Orange 10(AO 10)aqueous solutions,along with the dyes rejection of 99.9%,99.8%and 78.5%,respectively.As-prepared hollow fiber NF membranes had high dyes rejection and salts permeation,showing great potential for dye desalination concentration in textile wastewater.
