With the progress of textile and nonwoven technology,thermal insulation materials have been developed rapidly both at home and abroad.The development and research of functional thermal insulation materials have gradually been a main research field in various countries.The far-infrared textile has the function of absorbing human body thermal radiation and feeding it back to the human body in the form of far-infrared radiation,activating cell tissues,promoting blood circulation and resisting bacteria and preventing stink.Hot air-through nonwoven material has the characteristics of being soft,fluffy and has high porosity and good elasticity due to the three-dimensional network structure of the internal fibers.This structure can hold more static air and has very good warmth retention property.Combined with the characteristics of far-infrared nonwoven material and hot air-through nonwoven material,this paper aims to develop far-infrared composite warmth retention material with far-infrared function and excellent warmth retention property.Far-infrared nonwoven materials prepared by acupuncture reinforcement method with far-infrared polyester fiber as raw material are used as the far-infrared function layer which is made of far-infrared composite warmth retention material.The effects of far-infrared fiber density,needle density and surface density on the properties of far-infrared nonwovens are investigated.The results show that the lower the fiber fineness is,the better the infrared radiation temperature rise and warmth retention property of the material are.With the increase of needle density,the change of temperature rise of far-infrared radiation is more complex,the temperature rise either increases or decreases,while the warmth retention performance becomes worse;The greater the surface density is,the better the far-infrared radiation temperature rise and warmth retention performance becomes;Under definite surface density condition,the far-infrared nonwoven material prepared by adopting the technological parameters of 1.2dtex far-infrared polyester fiber and needling density of 80 thorn/cm2 has the best comprehensive performance.Hot air-through nonwoven composite made by hot air bonding process(hot air temperature 140,time 3min)with Kapok,three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester and ES fiber as raw materials are used as the heat preservation layer of far-infrared composite warmth retention material.The effect of fiber blending ratio on the warmth retention property,fluffy property,air permeability and moisture permeability of hot air-through nonwoven composite is investigated.The results show that the greater the content of kapok fiber is,the better the warmth retention property is,the worse the fluffy property and the permeability is,while the moisture permeability has little change;When the mixing ratio of the three fibers is 40/40/20,the comprehensive performance of the hot air-through nonwoven composite is best.A thin layer of ES fiber net is placed between far-infrared nonwoven composite and hot air-through nonwoven composite in a sandwich-structure to prepare far-infrared composite warmth retention material.The influence of the ratio between far-infrared nonwoven composite and hot air-through nonwoven composite on the performance of far-nfrared composite warmth retention material is investigated.The results show that the greater content of proportion of far-infrared nonwoven composite is,the smaller the thickness of far-infrared composite warmth retention material is,the worse the fluffy property and the warmth retention is,and the air permeability changes little,the infrared radiation temperature rise increases,the mechanical strength becomes larger,and the water washing property changes little.Compared with some the warmth materials on the market,the far-infrared composite warmth retention material prepared in this paper has better warmth retention performance,but also has far-infrared function,but it has poor mechanical strength.
