| OBJECTIVE:By collecting 301 samples including normal people and patients with respiratory chronic disease crowd,it is aimed through statistical analysis to observe the clinical manifestation of crowd who are exposure the fog haze to discuss and analyze human respiratory and systemic reactions after haze exposure and obtain TCM syndromes corresponding to it.METHODS:It is necessary to prospectively enact questionnaire of respiratory response after haze exposure and select the eastern hospital respiratory clinic patients with definite diagnosis, patients’ families, staffs of the company around the hospital, students of Beijing 18 middle school,post-graduate classmates into groups. The group of chronic inflammatory diseases in the respiratory system includes patients with Chronic bronchitis,Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Bronchiectasis,Pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. The group of respiratory allergic disease includes patients with Asthma or Anaphylactic rhinitis.People with no respiratory disease are enrolled in normal groups.Collecting telephone,WeChat or other contact for preparation, the questionnaire should be sent out in advance and focus on the weather forecast for haze. When PM2.5>150ug/m3 is continuously for three days or the condition of PM2.5>200ug/m3 lasts at least one day,the patients and normal people will be informed by phone,WeChat and SMS to fill in the relevant contents of the questionnaire in the corresponding date and retrieve these questionnaires in time.Collecting clinical symptoms of the first, second, third, fifth and seventh days of haze exposure in both normal people and patients with chronic respiratory conditions.By using SPSS 20.0 statistical software to analyze them,it will reach the common symptoms of respiratory tract and systemic reaction in different population after haze exposure.Meanwhile it will get the correlation and difference of influence of different concentration haze on different population in order to analyze the pathogenic characteristics of haze and reveal the common TCM syndromes of haze disease.RESULT:1.Smog exposure can lead to a series of respiratory and systemic symptoms. One of the most common is dry throat, sneezing, runny nose, cough, expectoration, dry nose, nasal congestion, dry eyes, dry mouth, thirsty. The normal population is mainly affected with dry throat, dry nose, sneezing, cough, dry eyes, dry mouth and thirsty.People with chronic inflammation of respiratory system are mainly with cough, dry throat, expectorate, sneeze, dry eyes, dry mouth and thirst.People with respiratory allergic diseases are with mainly sneeze, dry throat, nasal congestion, expectoration, cough, dry mouth, thirsty, eyes itching and dry eyes. Most of the symptoms occur most frequently in the first three days and then decrease significantly.2.It is of very high incidence of haze stimulating cough in respiratory tract. And we call it haze-related cough.Haze-related cough is a kind of irritating cough, which is different from the cough, expectoration, purulent phlegm and sore throat caused by respiratory infection. We think that haze-related cough is mainly caused by the high reaction or allergic reaction of the respiratory tract caused by haze particles. And haze concentration is positively correlated with cough degree. In addition, the symptoms of expectoration, pharyngeal dryness, sneezing, dry eyes and dry mouth thirst are also the most severe on the first and second day of high haze concentration and gradually relieved. It shows that haze has strong stimulation to human respiratory tract.Except for dry eyes, the score peaks of other symptom in the normal population are lower than in the other two groups. The score peaks of eye dry symptoms in the allergic diseases group are lower than those of the other two groups.3.The influence of haze at the same concentration on different population is different, and the influence on people with chronic respiratory diseases is greater than that of normal population.Because people with chronic respiratory diseases have a deficiency of lung qi,they cannot resist the evil of smog. The influence of different concentration of haze on normal population and people with respiratory allergic disease was different. The greater the concentration of haze is,the greater is the influence.Considering that the greater the concentration of haze, the heavier the poison damage to the lungs. There is no difference in the effect of haze at different concentrations on people with chronic inflammatory disease of the respiratory system.4.According to the symptoms characteristics of smog exposure on the human respiratory tract, the symptoms can be divided into four types:haze dry attack on the lungs, haze wet internal resistance, haze poison damaging vital qi and haze poison disturbing heart. |
