In recent years,semiconductor is widely used for photocatalytic materials because of its unique advantages.Admittedly powder materials with many excellent properties and easy preparation and characterization,but powder photocatalytic materials cannot meet the demand of industrial production and daily life of all.Especially in many fields not only requires the material to have good photocatalytic activity,but also needs to make the material shape or have certain mechanical properties.Therefore,the preparation of ceramic block materials and the study of photocatalytic properties are of great significance.In this paper,different raw materials,forming process and sintering parameters are used to explore the preparation of nickel-oxide block and its photocatalytic performance.Then the strontium titanate coating and coating of titanium dioxide are prepared on nickel oxide block,explored the preparation of the two kinds of coating and studied the photocatalytic properties.The main research contents and experimental results are as follows:?1?By comparing the different sintering temperature is found that the higher the sintering temperature of sintered nickel oxide block is dense,the most dense of the samples sinteredunder 1400?,holding time within 2h,the longer the time of heat preservation of nickel oxide block the more dense when the holding time after more than 2h block density don't change.The photocatalytic performance of the prepared nickel oxide block was studied,and the photocatalysis of the preparation of nickel-oxide block in the photocatalysis of methylene blue by xenon lamp was found.It is found that the preparation of nickel oxide block hasphotocatalytic activity,and the catalytic performance is better under the condition of the pH of6 and 10.The photocatalytic performance of the nickel oxide block is reduced with the increase of the sintering temperature.?2?Chemical vapor deposition method was used to deposit titanium dioxide coating on the surface of nickel oxide block and then heat treatment.The coating are mainly composited by Ti3O5,TiO and other suboxides.The preparation of the coating are heat treatment at 400?,the holding time 3h.The composition of the coating was changed from Ti3O5,TiO to TiO2.When the heat treatment temperature over 500?,the coating will form the rutile titanium dioxide.The preparation of TiO2 coating thickness was 30um by the EDS energy spectrum analysis.After 400?heat treatment of the sample by ultraviolet spectrophotometer the forbidden band width of the sample test results calculated Eg 3.36 eV.The experimental results show that after adding TiO2 coating on the surface of the nickel oxide block photocatalytic performance is greatly ascend,and the best photocatalytic performance was hate treatment in 400?,the photolysis of H2 production efficiency reached 39.21?mol/Lh.?3?The precursor of strontium titanate was prepared by sol-gel method,and then the precursors were coated on the substrate surface with the dip method,and the drying was done at different temperatures.The preparation of SrTiO3 coating with thickness of 45?m,and the formation mechanism of strontium titanate coating was analyzed.Coating material phase composition change along with the increase of calcination temperature,when the temperature is below 500?coating are formed by SrCO3,when the temperature exceeds 500?SrTiO3began to appear in the coating,coating for SrTi O3 single phase in the 800?.Photocatalytic performance of the coating with the increase of calcination temperature,800?of preparation of strontium titanate coating photocatalytic performance is the best,but the strontium titanate coating's catalytic performance are not better than nickel oxide block,preparation of strontium titanate coating at 800?H2 production efficiency compared with nickel oxide block only increased 11.87?mol/Lh.
