| Objective:To determine the community health service organizations achievements evaluating indicator system, which is scientific, reasonable, easy and simple to handle and according with the situation. It can provide the guide for the government assessment, in order to-lead to the development of the health care and make sure the goal of medical health system reform. Methods:Using literature analysis method to establish alternative index library, after two rounds expert consultation establish evaluation index system and using the subjective weighting method with proportional distribution method to establish the weight of each index. To analyze the indicator system’s scientific and reliability with experts actively coefficient, expert’s degree and experts coordinate coefficient. Results:After two rounds of expert consultation we established including one class index3,16secondary indexes and67thirdary indexes of the community health service organizations achievements evaluating indicator system, and establish the weight of each index. Two rounds of expert advice of experts actively coefficients were95.45%and100%. The expert’s degree was0.8488, in the first round expert consultation, the expert’s coordinate coefficient of one class indexes secondary indexes and third round indexes were0.4853、0.484、0.4106(P<0.001); In the second round expert consultation, the expert’s coordinate coefficient of one class indexes secondary indexes and third round indexes were0.5378,0.5308,0.4677(P<0.001).Based on the measured, the index system for the overall kroner Bach coefficient was0.913, and through the measured inspection the community health service organizations achievements evaluating indicator system has good maneuverability and stability. Conclusion:After the two rounds consultation of21expert and the five community health service organizations measured, achievements evaluating indicator system and establish the weight of each index. The evaluation index system constructed in this research was relatively perfect, scientific and objective to provide the scientific basis for the community health service organizations achievements evaluating indicator system. |
