Clinical Observation Of Shuangshen Ningxin Granule In The Treatment Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Background:Numerous studies found that patients with coronary heart disease, the incidence of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type is higher. Therefore, in order to improve symptoms and decrease the mortality rate, we can through the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.Objective:To collect qi deficiency and blood stasis stable angina patients, who oral Shuangshenningxin granule which is produced from Xiyuan hospital for14days, and observing the TCM symptoms change, the drug therapy status. Then to estimate the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and C-reaction protein parameters,and to conduct statistical analysis.Results:1. The primary TCM symptoms:prior to the treatment, the differences between both of the two groups are not significant (P>0.05); after the treatment, the differences between both of the two groups are statistically significant (P<0.05); In the both treatment and control group, the differences between before and after the treatment are statistically significant (P<0.05), and after the treatment is better than before the treatment.2. The secondary TCM symptoms:prior to the treatment, the differences of the secondary TCM symptoms, except palpitation, between both of the two groups are not significant (P>0.05); after the treatment, the differences of palpi tat ion, lacking in strength, Shortness of Breath, dizziness between both of the two groups are statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group is better than control group.3. Dosage of Nitroglycerin:prior to the treatment, the differences between both of the two groups are not significant (P>0.05); after the treatment, the differences between both of the two groups are statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group is better than the control group. In the both treatment and control group, the differences between before and after the treatment are all statistically significant (P<0.0001), and after the treatment is better than before the treatment.4. ECG:①depresion of ST segment:before and after the treatment, the differences between both of the two groups are all not significant (P>0.05); In the both treatment and control group, the differences between before and after the treatment are statistically significant (P<0.05), and after the treatment is better than before the treatment;②T-wave inversion:before and after the treatment, the differences between both of the two groups are all not significant (P>0.05).5. Hs-CRP parameters:prior to and after the treatment, the differences of Hs-CRP parameters between both of the two groups are not significant (P>0.05); In both of the two groups, D-value of Hs-CRP parameters before and after treatment, that differences are statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group is better than control one.Conclusion:1. Shuangshenningxin granule can obviously improve the qi deficiency and blood stasis coronary heart disease patients with stable angina symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and improve the quality of patients`life.2. Shuangshenningxin granule can significantly reduce Hs-CRP parameters level, by inhibiting inflammation.
