Purpose:Diabetic foot is one of the chronic complications of diabetes, its high disability rate, infection is not only for diabetic foot independent factors, and make the exacerbation is an important factor. Diabetic foot infection rate increased year by year, and the recent clinical broad-spectrum antibiotics are widely used, so that the bacterial spectrum changed, drug-resistant strains increase, fungal infections were also increased, in did not acquire the bacterial culture and drug sensitivity results before, of ten requires empirical anti-infective therapy. At present our country on diabetic foot infection pathogen distribution in fewer articles and literature col lection, the small number of cases, access to aspirate culture strains of bacteria is less, lack of a large sample of experimental study, the lack of multiple center study, and Meta analysis is the study of the results of multiple studies as a center the results, so as to achieve the purpose of quantitative review. Therefore this research through to the infected ulcer of pathogen distribution characteristics of Meta research, understanding of China in recent10years in patients with diabetic foot infection of pathogenic bacterium distribution characteristic, and to guide clinical medication, effective antibiotic therapy, reduce the bacterial drug resistance, thereby reducing the hospitalization cost, decrease the rate of amputation and mortality.Research methods:"Diabetic foot" and containing infection" or bacteria" or"pathogen" retrieved January2000to December2011China Academic Literature Network Publishing Database Index source journals public reporting of all diabetic foot infection on1iterature,formulate criteria, carefully read the literature, selected in accordance with the standards of the literature, then through a close reading of standard literature, obtaining cases, infect ion bacteria number, mixed infection cases and other information, the extracted data list, for constituent ratio, rate analysisResearch results:Diabetic foot infection pathogenic bacteria strains in which the total number of1839, gram positive bacteria accounted for53.89%; Gram-negative bacteria accounted for40.56%, fungi accounted for5.48%; gram positive bacterial infections mainly in Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus, Enterococcus faecalis, with hemolytic Staphylococcus infection, each for the ratio of31.28%,17.05%,16.62%,6.46%; gram negative bacterial infections in Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis and pneumonia Cray, bacterial infection,respectively23.66%,18.981%,15.11%,10.56%; mixed bacterial infection rate was22.84%.Conclusion:Come to our country nearly10years the infected diabetic foot patients with localized infections with Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Enterococcus faecalis infection rate is high; Gram-negative bacteria in Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Proteus mirabilis infection. Some diabetic foot ulcer infection is a single sex infections, there may be a mixed strain infections, and there is the possibility of fungal infection.
