Professor Li Kai Used Yiqi Tongluo Decoction To Treat The Clinical Observation Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Stroke

Purpose: Yi Qi Tong Luo Yin observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment for stroke with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndromeMaterials and methods:Patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine department of neurology,Time interval from october 2013 to october 2014. All patients were diagnosed stroke with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. For the first time they get stroke and their onset-time is in two to six weeks. All patients with CT or MR diagnosis of cerebral infarction. The 60 patients were numbered in chronological order, and use with randomly divided according to treatment group and control group, each group of 30 people. Both groups using conventional western medicine treatment. Treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment methods. Use stroke scale and NIHSS in efficacy evaluation. Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1. After using Yi Qi Tong Luo Yin and conventional foundation treatment,the stroke with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome patient’s stroke score lower, better results than the control group. 2. After using Yi Qi Tong Luo Yin and conventional foundation treatment,the stroke with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome patient’s NHISS score lower, better results than the control group,treatment group is better than control group. 3. Two groups of patients were compared after treatment efficacy, the effective rate of 93.3% in the treatment group, control group is 80%.Conclusion:At treatment to stroke with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,The efficacy of Yi Qi Tong Luo Yin and conventional foundation treatment with western medicine are better than conventional foundation treatment. It is worth using widely.
