Objective:To observe tuiqiaogong and back neck line clinical effect for the treatment of essential hypertension, and study the massage response characteristics of the different parts of the brain centers, and to explore the massage mechanism for the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:1 Essential hypertension patients and healthy people central difference:include essential hypertension patients and healthy subjects each 15, collect demographic data, and blood pressure, perform fMRI scans, use ALFF method to analyze the difference function of the human brain activity between essential hypertension patients and healthy.2 Central difference after treatment between tuiqiaogong and tui back neck line: include 30 essential hypertension patients and randomly divided into 2 groups, tuiqiaogong group and tui back neck line group each 15 patients. Collect blood pressure before and after tuina therapy, perform fMRI scans, observe the difference in blood pressure between the two groups. Use function connection degree analysis method to find the brain’s function activities difference between two different massagesResults:1 hypertension patients in tuiqiaogong group can lower systolic blood pressure after treatment (p<0.05), it has a significant difference. Diastolic blood pressure decends after treatment(p>0.05), no significant difference. The systolic blood pressure of hypertension patients in tui back neck group decends after treatmen (p<0.05), it has a significant difference, diastolic blood pressure changes after treatment (p>0.05), no statistical significance. The two groups compared before treatment:systolic blood pressure value has no statistical difference between two groups, two groups are comparable (P=0.103,P>0.05); Compared after treatment: systolic blood pressure values have significant statistical differences between groups the two groups(P=0.024, P< 0.05).2 Compared with healthy subjects, hypertension patients’ brain ALFF signal is reduced in the bilateral temporal lobe, left cingulate gyrus, edge and occipital lobe, upper right thalamus in the resting state. And thalamus as seed points, in the resting brain networks, the function connection degree reduced in thalamus and vice hippocampus and cerebellum, the right side of the hippocampus, the insula, temporal lobe, frontal lobe, anterior cingulate and cingulate cortex, the function connection degree increased in the middle of the temporal and occipital, and the upper lobe.3 Compared with back neck line, tuiqiaogong may lead to function connection degree increase in the thalamus, the insula, hippocampus, putamen and prefrontal. And connection degree reduced in occipital lobe, temporal lobe, in the middle of the forehead, and cingulate gyrus.Conclusion:1 Compared with healthy subjects, hypertension patients have different brain characteristics.2 Tuiqiaogong and tui back neck line can significantly reduce the systolic blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension, but the diastolic blood pressure has no obvious improvement. And tuiqiaogong is better than tui back neck line when lower the systolic blood pressure.3 Compared with tui back neck line, tuiqiaogong has an obvious regulation to patients’resting state functional connectivity, this may be the central mechanism that tuiqiaogong is better than tui back neck line in treating essential hypertention.
