Based On Cardiopulmonary Coupling Analysis, The Effect Of Wuxing Gongzheng Music On Sleep Quality In Patients With Depression Of Heart And Spleen Deficiency Was Studied

Objective:Through randomized controlled clinical research methods, cardiopulmonary coupling analysis based on the clinical efficacy of the music-WuXing Gong & Zhi tune for treating heart and spleen deficiency type patients with depression sleep quality and to improve the clinical treatment effect. Methods:1.70 cases of heart and spleen deficiency type patients with depression randomized controlled method, met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group of 35 patients and a control group of 35 patients. 2. The treatment group received the music-WuXing Gong & Zhi Tune therapy and conventional treatment, the control group with conventional treatment. 3. Outcome measures: By observing and recording age, sex, disease duration, are likely to affect the outcome of various factors, baseline data for the two groups were compared; Before and after the treatment of patients with sleep monitoring, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale(PSQI) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale 17(HAMD-17) score was measured with objective and subjective sleep quality and depression observed changes in the patient, as standard determine the efficacy; Three months later, the two groups of patients were followed up investigation HAMD-17, and late outcomes between the groups were evaluated; HAMD-17 with various stages of sleep factor correlation analysis.4. Statistical processing: Using SPSS17.0 software package for data analysis and processing. Results:60 patients entered the final analysis, the two groups were no significant differences in gender, age, duration and the use of antidepressants and other aspects, through clinical observation month treatment group HAMD reduction rate, PSQI sleep index test after several aspects of sleep monitoring were better than the control group, with statistical significance, this effect can be maintained to three months; After data analysis, we found part HAMD factor with certain sleep stages exhibit partial correlation. Conclusion:Music-WuXing Gong & Zhi Tune can significantly improve sleep quality Heart & Spleen deficiency type of depression, improve mood state of depression, and has long-term efficacy, worthy of promotion.
