Objective:To explore the method of establishing a model of coronary heart disease with blood stasis rats blood stasis type II diabetes. Methods:SD male rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: normal control group, type II diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome group, and high fat diet was used to inject(STZ) and vitamin D3, and the method of ice bath was used to make the model. The model of rats during the symptoms and signs of awakening and score, model thirtieth, 60, and 90 days after injection of STZ blood, determination of blood lipids in rats, blood glucose, blood rheology and serum insulin, prostaglandin and thromboxane, and after the modeling of heart and pancreas in rats the pathological sections.Result:The rats in model group appeared chills, like drinking water, get together, reduce the activity, reduce the ear, Zhua Jiazi dark, dark red tongue with ecchymosis, sublingual collaterals and blood stasis symptoms of varicose. Increased blood lipids, blood glucose, blood viscosity, serum insulin, prostaglandin and thromboxane disorder, and coronary atherosclerosis and atrophy of islet cell destruction pathological changes, there were significant differences between the control group and the blankConclusions:The establishment of the type II diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome and the characteristics of TCM syndrome, has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
