Clinical Study Of TST Plus Xiaoling Injection In The Treatment Of Female Obstructive Constipation

Objective: To study clinical efficacy of TST combined with Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of female outlet obstructive constipation.Methods: 156 cases of female outlet obstructive constipation patients were evenly randomized to three groups, 52 cases(group A)by TST combined with Xiaozhiling injection, 52 cases(group B)by PPH surgery, 52 cases(group C)by STARR surgery. Compare surgical situation, efficacy and complications of three groups.Results: The difference of operative time, blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative effect(within January) in three groups was not obvious, not statistically significant; Postoperative complication rate of group A was significantly lower than group B, C. Postoperative long-term effect(one year) of group A was significantly better than group B, C.Conclusion: TST combined with Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of female outlet obstructive constipation is simple, less invasive, effective, fewer complications, recurrence rate.
