Clinical Observation Of Jingtang Decoction In The Treatment Of Pediatric Cold (Cold-cold Clip)

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Jing Jie Decoction in treating child patients with infantile fever in syndrome of external wind-cold invasion combined with phlegm.Methods: The method of random controlled study was used.80 child patients with infantile fever who meet the inclusion criterion were randomly divided into observation group and control group with the same number.Then,they were given Jing Jie Decoction and Erganqing oral liquid for 3 days.The body temperature changes(complete antipyretic time)and cough treatment effect were observed.Besides,total effect of disease treatment,disease total integral syndromes and each single integrals and safety indicators were evaluated in two groups and compared with each other before and after treatment.Results: Case completion: final cases of the observation group and the control group finalized cases are 33 and 31 cases,respectively.As for antipyretic efficacy: the cooling onset time of observation group is 4.89?1.67 h and the complete antipyretic time of observation group is 24.97?3.42 h.The cooling onset time of control group is 6.27±2.36 h and the complete antipyretic time of control group is 33.87±3.16 h.Compared with the control group,the cooling onset time and complete antipyretic time in the observation group was significantly shorter(P < 0.05).Cough treatment effect: Treatment effect of both groups is different after 1-3 days(P < 0.05).Especially,in the treatment of the second day,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).As for the single syndromes,chill,adiapneustia,and coughing(P< 0.05)were obviously improved.Especially,the single syndromes such as nasal congestion,runny nose and sneezing(P< 0.01)were significantly improved.Disease total effect: The total efficiency of the observation group was 90.91% and the total efficiency of the control group was 83.87%.Compared with each other,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)and total integral syndrome both significantly reduced.Safety: During the treatment period,3 cases occurred the case of thinner shit than usual in the observation group,1 case occurred nausea in the control group and three main regular examinations of two groups were normal.Conclusions: The clinical efficacy of Jing Jie Decoction on child patients with immediate fever time and completely fever time is significantly better than the Erganqing oral solution,indicating that the antipyretic effect is obvious and the effect of improving the symptoms of cough is significant.In addition,Jing Jie Decoction has a good overall effect of the disease.Besides,less adverse reactions occurred in the course of treatment,indicating that the treatment is safe and effective.
