Research purposes:in combination with the characteristics of Chinese traditional martial arts Ba Duan Jin and vigorous walking motion by 6 months of aerobic exercise intervention, to study the changes of the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients IGFs, NK cell activity and Hb, and their in rehabilitation stage of change trend and correlation, in order for the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients established a scientific exercise prescription.Research methods:the Chinese people’s Liberation Army 264 hospital rehabilitation period of 68 cases of breast cancer patients selected, and randomly divided into intervention group and control group, all rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer received the same surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, conventional treatment program, after the operation, and the control group according to the doctor’s advice to maintain the existing level of physical activity, the intervention group is on the basis of the control group increased aerobic exercise intervention weekly exercise 5 times, every time duration is 60 minutes. All patients in exercise before the intervention, prognosis of 3 months and 6 months in the morning fasting state for the collection of blood, immersed in heparin sodium sterile anticoagulation tube (1 ml,1 ml,1 ml) detection of insulin-like growth factor 1 and its binding protein 3 level, natural killer cell activity and hemoglobin content.Research results:(1) exercise intervention the 3 and 6 month intervention IGF-1 level in the group of breast cancer patients were obviously lower than those before intervention (P< 0.05) and exercise intervention for the first six months of IGF-1 level was significantly lower than the 3 months (P< 0.05); the intervention group and the control group compared, intervention group of breast cancer patients with IGF-1 levels in the intervention of the 3,6 months was significantly lower, the difference was significant (P< 0.05).(2) exercise intervention the 3 and 6 month intervention IGFBP-3 levels in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that before the intervention (P< 0.05), and the intervention 6 months IGFBP-3 levels were higher than those in the 3 months (P< 0.05); the intervention group and the control group compared, intervention IGFBP-3 level group of breast cancer patients in the intervention at 3,6 months was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P< 0.05).(3) exercise intervention the 3 and 6 month intervention in NK cell activity in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that before the intervention (P< 0.05) and NK cell activity of the six months of exercise intervention was significantly higher than that of the 3 months (P< 0.05); simultaneous intervention group and the control group compared to intervention in NK cell activity in breast cancer patients in the intervention at 3,6 months was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P< 0.05).(4) the exercise intervention, six months, the intervention Hb content of the breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that before intervention (P< 0.05) and exercise intervention for the first six months of the Hb content was significantly higher than that in the 3 months (P< 0.05); at the same time intervention group and the control group compared to intervention Hb content of the group of breast cancer patients in the intervention at 3,6 months was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P< 0.05).(5) the intervention group and the control group of IGFs, NK cell activity and Hb content correlation analysis showed that breast cancer patients with IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels showed a negative correlation, the correlation coefficient with statistical significance (P< 0.05); IGF-1 levels and Hb content showed negative correlation, in the intervention at 3,6 months, the correlation coefficient is statistically significant; two groups of patients with IGFBP-3 levels and NK cell activity were positively correlated, the correlation coefficient is statistically significant, IGFBP-3 levels and Hb content correlates well with the trend, in intervention at 3,6 months, the correlation coefficient with statistical significance (P< 0.05).The conclusion of the study:(1) 6 months of aerobic exercise intervention, significantly reduced the level of IGF-1 in patients with breast cancer, improve the level of IGFBP-3. At the same time also significantly improve NK cell activity and Hb content in patients.(2) 6 months of aerobic exercise intervention is helpful to improve the interaction of breast cancer disease rehabilitation of red blood cell adhesion and immune function in promoting patients.
