Objective:In this study, SF and CFS for animal models, explore the effects of SF and CFS on the body and through additional HPP on regulation of resist fatigue effects on animals. For disorders metabolism system is mainly caused by CFS:TCA cycle; CFS group compared with HPP treated group out of 8 different metabolites:Salicylic acid, D-arabitol, Stearic acid, Palmitic acid,2-Hydroxy pyridine, Salicin, Sphingosine, L3-methyl alcohol.HPP affects the metabolic system on the CFS are:GPI and Glycerophospholipid metabolism which are 2 common differences in metabolites (Sheath ammonia-alcohol and Palmitic acid) in relation to the CFS model.has changed in the opposite direction, suggesting that metabolism disorder caused by CFS, HPP focused improvements.Conclusion:Through this research series experiment, proved HPP is a protein polysaccharide combined real, has unique of molecular morphology, and on SF has good of delay role, its mechanism and improve body anti oxidation capacity and sugar metabolism capacity about; while HPP on CFS also has good of improved role, its metabolism mechanism and improved has three acid acid cycle, and sugar base Phospholipid muscle alcohol biological synthesis and glycerol Phospholipid metabolism pathway about.
