| Objective:Through the construction of the pregnancy model of type 2 diabetic female rats,the effect of zuogui compound on the female rats with type 2 diabetes and the mechanism of insulin concentration,tissue CD4,TGF-β 1,further explore the effect of zuogui compound on reproductive immunity.Methods:Forty female SD rats were randomly divided into five groups.four groups were randomly divided into three groups: high glucose and high fat diet and abdominal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).40 female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,b large dose group and c group.2: 1 male and female ratio mate,establish the pregnancy model of type 2 diabetic rats.Observation of the general situation of animals,pregnancy for 0.5 days,a,b,c,d,e group were isotonic saline,small dose of Chinese medicine,large dose of traditional Chinese medicine,dameikang suspension,abdominal aorta blood,radioimmunoassay for the level of insulin in rats.Results:After intraperitoneal injection of STZ,compared with rats in group a,group b,c,d and e significantly increased serum glucose level(p<0.01),and the level of insulin significantly decreased(p<0.01);B,c,e and group a and d were significantly different(p>0.05).Compared with group e and group b,the level of blood glucose was significantly different(p<0.01),and the level of insulin difference was not significant(p >0.01).Compared with blank group rats,the pancreas CD4 in normal group,small dose group and traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher(p<0.05),reached no significant difference(p>0.05);Compared with the normal group,the level of CD4 in the blank group was significant difference(p<0.05),there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine low-dose group and traditional Chinese medicine group(p>0.05);Compared with da rats,the normal group,small dose group and blank group of pancreas were significantly higher(p<0.05),the traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group did not see significant difference(p>0.05).Compared with blank group rats,the level of TGF-β in normal group and dameikangzu group was higher(p<0.05),there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine low-dose group and traditional Chinese medicine(p>0.05);Compared with the normal group,the levels of pancreatic TGF-β in the small dose group,blank group group,dameikangzu group and traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly different(p<0.05);Compared with da rats,the level of TGF-β in normal group,small dose group and blank group was significantly different(p<0.05),there was no significant difference in large dose group(p>0.05).Compared with blank group rats,the CD4 level of normal group,dameikangzu group and traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher(p<0.05),the traditional Chinese medicine small dose group did not see significant difference(p>0.05);Compared with the normal group,the low dose group,blank group group,dameikangzu group and traditional Chinese medicine group have significantly lower serum CD4 level(p<0.05);Compared with da rats,the normal group,traditional Chinese medicine small dose group,blank zuzigong CD4 level significantly higher(p<0.05),the traditional Chinese medicine high-dose group did not see significant difference(p>0.05).Compared with blank group rats,the level of TGF-β in normal group and dameikangzuzu group was significantly higher(p<0.05),little difference of traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine(p>0.05);Compared with the normal group,the level of TGF-β in the small dose group,blank group group and traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly different(p<0.05),reached the meikangzu group(p>0.05);Compared with da rats,the level of TGF-β in small dose group,blank group group and traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly higher(p<0.05),no significant difference between the normal group(p>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with da,the low-dose and large dose of on the left can not reduce the level of dashuxietang,left to a large dose of insulin,left to small dose group is not obvious,but it is important to improve the reproductive dysfunction of women with type 2 diabetes,and has a positive effect on chronic complications of type 2 diabetes. |
