China's Research On Health Care Assistance To Africa

There are three reasons of taking Chinese medical aid to Africa as the research object.The first one is that public health problem is becoming more and more serious in the era of globalization,it breaks out more frequently and spread widely.The second reason is the overall health condition of Africa.The third reason is based on the rich practical experience of our medical aid diplomacy with Africa,which has been conducted more than 50 years,the medical assistance to Africa has also greatly improved China-Africa relations,and medical aid has become increasingly important in China’s strategic location in Africa,but seldom studies and promotions of it,this worth our reflection.Chines medical aid to Africa can be said to be one of the most successful example of China’s foreign aid.It effectively maintains Africa countries and people’s active cognitive and affective loyalty for China,it is beneficial to the construction of China’s soft power in Africa,it raises the stakes of Chinese better participation in the global public health governance mechanism,and of course it makes great contributions to people’s health of Africa and the whole world.we should do more systematic and theoretical research of it.This paper takes Chines medical aid to Africa as the theme,takes China’s international responsibility and participation in global public health governance mechanism as the clue.By analyzing the mechanism,characteristics and achievements of China’s medical aid to Africa to show Chinese obligations and responsibilities in international society,and the determination and ability of china participate in global public health governance mechanism.By pointing out Chines shortcomings and improving ways in this medical aid to provide suggestions and ideas to Chinese challenges challenged in bearing international responsibility and participating in the global health governance mechanism.
