| Objective:To observe the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of postoperative complications such as postoperative pain, subcutaneous ecchymosis, thrombophlebitis, saphenous nerve injury, pigmentation and so on.Methods:134 cases of simple varicose veins of B in January 2016-12 months were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group(a group,B group)and non traditional Chinese medicine group(a group).4 cases of thigh segment were of great saphenous vein high ligation + thigh section denudation, traditional Chinese medicine group A(35 cases)leg for foam sclerotherapy(1%polidocanol)treatment,12h after oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine(decoction of traditional Chinese Medicine);group B(34 cases)shank endovascular laser burning and clipping after surgery,12h oral medicine(decoction of traditional Chinese Medicine);non a group(33 cases)treated with calf foam sclerotherapy(1%polidocanol)treatment of traditional Chinese medicine;non B group(32 cases)leg simple endovascular laser treatment.Four groups of patients after the elastic bandage pressure bandage for 3 days, after the use of medical elastic stockings for 6 months.Traditional Chinese medicine group for 14 days. After 3 days,1 weeks,1 months, and 3 months follow-up.Comparative analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine group,Chinese medicine group,Chinese medicine group non between postoperative pain, subcutaneous bleeding, muscular venous thrombosis, symptomatic pulmonary embolism, thrombophlebitis, saphenous nerve injury, pigmentation, allergic dermatitis, skin burns and other complications.Results:1.Two comparison of postoperative complications in a group and B group.1.1 Chinese medicine group A after 3 days and 7 days were better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group B,P = 0.000/P=0.037 = 0.05,there was significant difference.1.2 traditional Chinese medicine a group of superficial thrombophlebitis, saphenous nerve injury, subcutaneous blood stasis is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group B,pigmentation of Chinese medicine B group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group A,P<0.05,there is statistical difference.2.Comparison of postoperative complications between 2 groups of a and B of non traditional Chinese medicine.2.1The a group of non Chinese medicine group was better than that of non traditional Chinese medicine group B 3 days and 7 days after operation,P=0.001/0.003<0.05,there was statistical difference.2.2The a group of non Chinese medicine group was better than that of non traditional Chinese medicine group B 3 days and 7 days after operation,P=0.001/0.003<0.05,there was statistical difference.3.Comparison of postoperative complications between Chinese medicine group and non traditional Chinese medicine group.3.1 Traditional Chinese medicine a group and non traditional Chinese medicine a group.3.1.1 There was no significant difference between the a group and the non Chinese medicine a group 3 days after operation,P=0.701>0.05.7 days after operation, the pain disappeared in all the two groups.3.1.2Chinese medicine group a superficial thrombophlebitis, subcutaneous ecchymosis, pigmentation was better than non Chinese medicine group A,P<0.05,there was statistical difference.3.2 Chinese medicine a group and non traditional Chinese medicine B group.3.2.1 after 3 days,7 days of the traditional Chinese medicine group a postoperative pain patients less than non Chinese medicine group B,P = 0.000/P=0.002 = 0.05,there was significant difference.3.2.2 a group of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of superficial phlebitis, saphenous nerve injury, subcutaneous ecchymosis, skin burns better than non Chinese medicine group B,pigmentation of non Chinese medicine B group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group A,P<0.05,there was statistical difference.3.3 Chinese medicine B group and non traditional Chinese medicine a group3.3.1 7 days after, the a group of non traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of B group,P=0.042<0.05.3.3.2 non traditional Chinese medicine a group of saphenous nerve injury, skin burns is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group B,pigmentation of Chinese medicine B group is better than non Chinese medicine a group,P<0.05,there is statistical difference.3.4 Chinese medicine B group and non traditional Chinese medicine B group.3.2.1 7 days after, the B group of Chinese medicine was better than that of B group,P=0.004<0.05,there was statistical difference;there was no significant difference between the 3 groups after operation for the first time in days.3.2.2 Chinese medicine group B superficial thrombophlebitis, saphenous nerve injury, subcutaneous blood stasis is better than non traditional Chinese medicine B group,P<0.05,there is statistical difference.Conclusions:1 patients after oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prevent the occurrence of superficial thrombophlebitis, reduce crus varicosity foam sclerotherapy, endovenous laser treatment and postoperative pain, saphenous nerve injury, pigmentation and other complications.2 simple foam sclerotherapy had less and less postoperative complications than the endovenous laser treatment alone.3 traditional Chinese medicine can play a preventive role in minimally invasive treatment of postoperative complications. |
