The Clinical Efficacy Of Prevention Of Migraine-free Migraine Attacks Based On The Theory Of Stagnation

Background:Migraine headache is a common disease in neurology department,which has a high incidence and low cure rate,which brings great influence of the daily life of patients and their families,often brings greats of troublemaker.Because of the complex pathogenesis of migraine,the present studies shoule not fully clearly explain the whole processes of Migraine,and migraine has distinct individual different of syndromes.Westem Medicines treatments of migraine is not optimistic.Traditional Chinese Medicine has a long history of research on etiologies,pathogenesis and treatments of migraine,it has lots of clinical experiencees on alleviating pains,reducing the frequency,degree of pains,improving the quality of life.Traditional Chinese Medicine scholars mostly analysis the disease from the liver,kidney,wind,blood congestion,virtual perspectives.My tutor had observatted clinical characteristics and symptoms of migraine,reviewed of the theory of "Huang Di Nei Jing" and summarized the development and application of modern clinical theory of "Fu Xie".tutor considers "Fu Xie" as the main reasons which has explained why migraine attacks repeatly,does not be easy heall.Migraine often attack because of feelling of six exogenous pathogenic factors(wind,cold,wet),or depressed tempt the Fuxie(phlegm,blood congestion,cold).Fu Xie(phlegm,blood stasis,cold)inside the volt deficiency of vital energy is the inside reason of migraine’s accidance,the evils,bad feelings,tired exhausted,improper diets are outside reasons,so prevention of migraine should focuse on strengthening the body and dispelling outsider causes,called by fuzheng and touxieObjective:In order to observe the effect of the uniqe way called by "fuzheng touxie" on prevention of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of acute attacks of migraine without aura,and scientificly and correcttly evaluate the way of treatment to acute migraine without aura.Method:CRT was used in study.The treatment group was treated Chinese herbal medicine,qd,po.The control group Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,5mg,qn,po.The time of treatment was 4 weeks,During the study,the patients recorded a headache diary,detailed and reality,particularly attention to records the time of pain during of headache,the mode of remission,adverse reactions etc.At the end of the experiment,researchers fill in the CRF with patients.results:After the research there exist 27 cases in each of treatment group and the control group were completed,respectively.There were no significant differences between the two groups in the age,gender distribution,course of disease and the degree of headache.The results of the research are following:1.Comparison of two groups of patients with migraine curative effect after treatment:clinical trial group 1 cases were cured(3.70%),12 cases(44.44%),effective in 10 cases(37.04%),invalid in 4 cases(14.80%),the total efficiency of 85.18%;control group 0 cases were cured(0%),2 cases(7.40%),effective 19(70.37%cases),6 cases(22.22%),the total efficiency of 77.78%.There was significant difference between the two groups.2.The comparison of the scores of two groups of patients with TCM symptoms after treatment:the score of group treatment was 8.74±5.86;the control group was 13.15±6.99.The statistical analysis shows the significant differences between group after treatment of TCM symptoms than the control group.3.After treatment,the quality of life score of two groups of patients with migraine were compared:the score of the treatment group after treatment was 16.52±10.44 points,and the control group after treatment score was 26.78±11.90,there exits significant differences between the two groups.4.There were no serious adverse drug reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:To a certain extent,the prescription named by touxie zhitong fang formed with chinese herbal medicines could reduce the frequency of migraine without aura attacks,alleviate headache degree,reduce during time,have showed significant advantages especially in the improvement of TCM symptoms,improve the qualities of life of patients s on the prevention and treatment of migraine without aura has certain curative effect.the reseacher has a certain effect on the prevention and cure of migraine without aura.
