| Part one Application of Ultrasonic Atomization of Conjunctiva III on the Treatment of Seasonal Allergic ConjunctivitisObjective:Observe the clinical effect of Conjunctiva III on the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis by using ultrasonic nebulizer.Methods:86 patients of 172 eyes that were diagnosed as seasonal allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into two groups,According to statistical test,the two groups were comparable overall.The treatment group contains 49 cases with 98 eyes,the control group contains 37 cases with 74 eyes.The control group was treated with pyrazolium potassium eye drops four times a day.The treatment group was treated by ultrasonic atomization on the basis of the control group,and the treatment group was smoked by the ultrasonic atomization method once a day for 20 minutes.After 3 days and 2 courses treatment,the patients’symptoms and signs were evaluated,and patients were examined by conjunctival impression cytology to analyze the therapeutic effect.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.92%,the control group the total effective rate was 86.49%.(2)Before and after treatment,the symptoms and signs of the comparative analysis,the overall improvement in the treatment group was higher than the control group.(3)The number of eosinophils in conjunctival imprinting cytology was decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:(1)Ultrasonic atomization of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis can quickly improve the symptoms,curative effect.(2)Ultrasonic atomization method is scientific and effective,with ultrasonic atomization method on the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis in improving the symptoms of the effect is obvious.Part two Clinical observation of ultrasonic treatment in acute conjunctivitis with conjunctiva IObjective:Observe the clinical effect of Conjunctiva I on the treatment of acute conjunctivitis by using ultrasonic nebulizer.Methods:Collected from our department from October 2014 to April 2016 diagnosed acute conjunctivitis patients,according to the patient’s subjective symptoms:foreign body sensation,burning sensation,itching,pain,photophobia,tears and slit lamp examination conjunctival hyperemia,edema and secretions were included in 1000 cases of 2000 eyes divided into two groups,the statistical test,the two groups are generally comparable.Treatment group 940 cases of 1880 eyes,the control group of 60 cases of 120 eyes.The control group was treated with levofloxacin eye drops,4 times/day;the treatment group on the basis of the control group,plus conjunctiva I square ultrasonic atomization method smoked eyes,1 day,20min/times.3 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of two courses,intermittent no more than 2 days.The symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment were evaluated.Results:(1)the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.47%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.34%;(2)before and after treatment symptoms and signs of the difference were compared analysis,P<0.05,said the difference was significant,the overall treatment group The degree of improvement is higher than the control group.Conclusions:Conjunctiva I combined with levofloxacin eye drops on acute conjunctivitis is better than the simple use of levofloxacin eye drops,can quickly relieve symptoms of foreign body sensation,reduce secretions,shorten the course of the disease.Part three Clinical observation of conjunctival Ⅱ combined with eye paste in the treatment of evaporative dry eyeObjective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of conjunctiva Ⅱ combined with eye sticks on evaporative dry eye.Method:A total of 230 patients(413 eyes)were diagnosed as evaporative dry eye by means of questionnaires and eye examination of medical students in Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital.30 cases of 57 eyes in the control group were treated with eye paste every day 1,each time a paste;treatment group of 100 cases of 187 eyes,based on the application of eye paste paste,combined with conjunctival Ⅱ fumigation treatment,once a day,every 20min;100 cases of Chinese medicine group 169 cases of conjunctiva Ⅱ Fumigation treatment,7 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of two courses.(OSDI),tear secretion test(SIT),tear river height(THM)and tear film rupture time(BUT)were observed before and after treatment.Result:(1)The total effective rate was 89.3%in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 83.4%in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 73.7%in the control group.(2)Three groups of OSDI scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the scores of the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group,the Chinese medicine group was better than the control group.(3)Three groups of BUT and TMH scores were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),the scores of the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group,the Chinese medicine group was better than the control group.(4)Three groups in improving the tear,the treatment after treatment than this group were increased(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:conjunctiva Ⅱ combined with eye paste treatment of evaporative dry eye,with easy operation,the role of maintaining a long time and other advantages,can effectively change the ocular surface,improve tear film stability,the effect of dry eye treatment is better than simply Eye patch. |
