Classical TCM theory holds that "all external appearances must have relation to the internal organs " and that " Yin and yang balance, the spiritual existence;yin an d yang imbalance, the essence disappearance." Therefore, yin and yang balance of human health and will be reflected by external signs, yin and yang imbalance of hum an disease states, also will be reflected by the external signs. The channel has the fun ction to move qi and blood, acupoints is a special part of the body and move qi and blood to surface. So the imbalance of yin and yang in the body most likely to reflect on the channel and acupoints,to give a sufficient amount of stimulus in acupoints, the effects of internal organs will through the pathway of ’organs-channel-acupoints’,t hereby regulating the entire body yin and yang balance. This adjustment based on the integrity of acupuncture on the body caused by a systemic reaction is close to Chine se medicine called "deqi".Objective:To observe writhing response, right and left sides Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Gua nyuan(CV4)temperature,vasomotor substances(plasma TXB2,6-keto-PGF1a,TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a,uterus LTB4)content and ratio, and the effect of acupuncture different po ints of cold coagulation syndrome dysmenorrhea rats.Based on acupoints/channel are r elated to internal organs and Yin and yang balance,to study the relationship of allevi ate visceral pain responses and right and left sides Sanyinjiao(SP6)temperature、vasom otor substances content and ratio when acupuncture different points of cold coagulation syndrome dysmenorrhea rats,to study the mechanism of acupuncture uterus related dis eases. And through compared the effect of acupuncture the different acupoints Sanyinji ao(SP6)and Guanyuan(CV4)which Uterine nerve segment with disposable,to provid e scientific guidance for the clinical treatment of cold coagulation syndrome dysmenorr heal. From the disease state and acupuncture the specific link between uterine functiona 1 status and surface acupoints temperature,to verify acupoints/channel are related to i nternal organs theory, and to explore whether this specific link is a reflection of bod y "deqi" state. Methods:The cold coagulation syndrome dysmenorrhea rats were prepared by injecti ons of estradiol benzoate and oxytocin combined with whole body freezing method,o bservation writhing response of the rats(writhing latency, writhing number, writhing s core)and detecting plasma TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a content,TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a ratio, uterine LTB4 content with elisa, another by using infrared thermal imaging method dynamic detection of each group rats left and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Guanyuan(CV4)temperature at 0-60min.By observing the changes in the above indica tors of cold coagulation syndrome dysmenorrhea rats and acupuncture the different acu points, expectation to analysis the possible internal mechanisms of uterus related diseas es from contact between rats to pain response, the surface point temperature and vas omotor substances, simultaneously compared the effect of acupuncture the different acu points Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Guanyuan(CV4).Results:1 writhing responseCompared with saline control group, model control group rats writhing latency sig nificantly shorter, writhing number and writhing score significantly increased(P<0.05);C ompared with model control group, two acupuncture group rats writhing latency were significantly longer, writhing number and writhing score significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),there was no statistically significant difference between the two acupunct ure groups(P>0.05).2 left and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(SP6)temperature on 0-60minSaline control group rats left and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(SP6)temperature b alance at baseline and 0 to 60min each time point(P>0.05);model control group rats 1 eft and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(SP6)temperature balance at baseline and Omin p oint(P>0.05)and imbalance at 5 to 60min each time point(P<0.05,P<0.01);acupun cture Sanyinjiao(SP6)group rats left and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(SP6)temperatur e balance at baseline and 0 to 5 min point(P>0.05),imbalance at 10 to 40 min point(P<0.05)and balance at 50 to 60 min point(P>0.05);acupuncture Guanyuan(CV4)group rats left and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(SP6)temperature imbalance at baselin e and 0 to 40 min point(P<0.05)and balance at 40 to 60 min point(P>0.05).3 the Guanyuan(CV4)temperature on 0-60minSaline group, model control group, acupuncture Sanyinjiao(SP6)group,acupunctu re Guanyuan(CV4)group,Guanyuan(CV4)temperature in 0-60min each time point w as not statistically significant(P>0.05),four groups showed a downward trend.4 the vasomotor substancesCompared with the saline group, model control group the plasma TXB2/6-keto-PG F1a ratio was significantly increased(P<0.05);plasma 6-keto-PGF1a decreased significan tly(P<0.05);plasma TXB2 showed a upward trend(P>0.05).Compared with the mo del group, acupuncture Sanyinjiao(SP6)group plasma TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a ratio was si gnificantly decreased(P<0.05);plasma 6-keto-PGF1a was significantly increased(P<0.05);plasma TXB2 showed a downward trend(P>0.05).Compared with the model grou p,acupuncture Guanyuan(CV4)group plasma TXB2/6-keto-PGF1aratio was significan tly decreased(P<0.05);plasma 6-keto-PGF1a howed a upward trend(P>0.05)and plas ma TXB2 showed a downward trend(P>0.05).Compared acupuncture Sanyinjiao(SP6)group with acupuncture Guanyuan(CV4)group,plasma 6-keto-PGF1a,TXB2 content a nd TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a ratio did not change significantly(P>0.05).Compared with the saline group, model group showed no significant change in th e uterus LTB4(P>0.05),there is an increasing tendency;compared with the model g roup, both the acupuncture group showed no significant changes in the uterus LTB4(P>0.05),there was a downward trend;Compared acupuncture Sanyinjiao(SP6)group with acupuncture Guanyuan(CV4)group,there was no significant changes in the ute rus LTB4 content.(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Cold coagulation syndrome dysmenorrhea rats had pain response significantiy, which the mechanism may be related to vasomotor substances TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a ratio imba lance.2 Acupuncture Sanyinjiao(SP6)or Guanyuan(CV4)could significantly alleviate pain res ponse in cold coagulation syndrome dysmenorrhea rats, which the mechanism may be related to acupuncture regulating vasomotor substances TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a ratio imbalan ce.3 Left and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(SP6)temperature relative balance in normal r ats.Left and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(SP6)temperature imbalance in cold coagulat ion syndrome dysmenorrhea rats.Acupuncture Sanyinjiao(SP6)or Guanyuan(CV4)coul d adjust imbalance.Acupuncture Sanyinjiao(SP6)effect significant when acupuncture 5 min and 20-40min after the end of acupuncture.Acupuncture Guanyuan(CV4)effect si gnificant when 10-40min after the end of acupuncture.4 In summary, the specific link between uterine functional status and surface Sanyinjia o(SP6)temperature is the body close to " deqi " status through the "organs-channel-ac upoints" pathway intuitive, external performance.Preliminary validation of the classica 1 theory of traditional Chinese medicine " all external appearances must have relation to the internal organs".
