In recent years,vascular disease has high incidence that become one of the three major killers harm to the lives and health of people.And for this disease mostly adopt the method of vascular transplantation on clinic.Because of between allograft vascular rejection,and autologous blood vessels all sorts of problems is difficult to become grafts.Therefore preparation has good mechanical property,high patency rate,good biocompatibility,and beneficial to cell adhesion and growth of artificial blood vessels to become one of the research hot spot.The fiber diameters fabricated by electrospinning ranging from tens of nanometers to several micrometers.And the fiber with a high porosity,a large specific surface area,pore size distribution wide.Therefore,the electrospun scaffold has the priority to closely mimic the natural extracellular matrix and widely applied in the preparation of artificial scaffold.In this paper,the poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA),polycaprolactone(PCL),polylactic acid(PLA)and polyurethane(PU)as raw material,Acetone(Acetone),N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),tetrahydrofuran(THF)and trichloromethane(TCM)as solvent.The three-layer composite small-diameter vascular scaffolds which load heparin radium were fabricated by electrospinning.The experiment improved the collector and utilized the homemade collection device.The small-diameter vascular scaffolds prepared by electrospinning are including three layers.The inner layer consisted of composite fibers parallel to the axial orientation which the direction same as blood flow,reduce the blood flow resistance,and conducive to the growth of endothelial cells adhesion.The middle layer consisted of composite fibers perpendicular to the axial orientation and provide sufficient strength and elasticity.Outer layer consisted of random composite fibers to enhance the mechanical properties and with good biocompatibility.The experiment was prepared small-diameter vascular scaffolds with diameters of 2 mm,4 mm and 6 mm by electrospinning.And analysis of the morphology characteristics and mechanical properties of composite vascular scaffolds by scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),tensile-testing machine and so on.The results show that the vascular scaffolds with different diameters fabricated by electrospinning have high porosity,good elasticity and biocompatibility,and can be mass production.The three layers vascular scaffold has broad prospects and profound application in medicine clinical vascular transplantation.
