Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of Annular Mixed Hemorrhoids With An Automatic Elastic Line Hemorrhoids Ligation Device (RPH-4)

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids by using the Auto Elastic Thread Ligator For Hemorrhoids(RPH-4),and to evaluate the application value of the Auto Elastic Thread Ligator For Hemorrhoids(RPH-4)in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Material and method:From October 2015 to May 2016 in Liaoning Coloproctological Hospital receiving treatment of 60 cases of annular mixed hemorrhoids patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group were treated by Auto Elastic Thread Ligator For Hemorrhoids(RPH-4),the control group using External Dissection and Internal Ligation.The two groups were given the same treatment before and after operation.Two groups of patients were observed in the overall curative effect,the general situation of operation,the postoperative complications in short term,the recurrence in long term and the safety index,were recorded on the basis of the quantitative score.Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for analysis.Results:1.Two groups of patients with age,sex,duration,preoperative symptoms are comparable.2.There was no significant difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups(p> 0.05).The overall efficacy of the two groups was 100%.3.In the general situation of operation,the two groups of patients were in the operation time,wound healing time,postoperative anal smoothness score in all aspects of the statistical significance(p <0.05).In the treatment group,the healing time was shorter than that of the control group.The treatment group was more flat in the postoperative anal smoothness than the control group.4.In the postoperative complications,Two groups were statistically significant in the wounds in pain scores on first,third and seventh postoperative day(p <0.05),the treatment group in the postoperative pain was better than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(p <0.05)in the first and second weeks after operation,and the occurrence and level of the sense of fecal urgency in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.The incidence of anal stenosis in the two groups was statistically significant(p <0.05),and the incidence and extent of anal stenosis in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05)in the comparison of the most severe bleeding score and perianal edema scores within 12 days after surgery and the dysuria score within 24 hours postoperatively.There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative bleeding,postoperative perianal edema and postoperative dysuria.5.3 months follow-up,the two groups of patients did not appear recurrence.6.There were no obvious abnormalities and adverse reactions in safety parameters betweenthe two groups.Conclusion:1.Two groups of surgical methods of treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids are safe and effective,no recurrence within 3 months after surgery.2.The treatment of the treatment group was more convenient than the control group,and the aesthetic level of the anus was improved and the healing time of the wound was shortened.3.The treatment group compared with the control group can relieve postoperative wound pain,reduce the occurrence of the sense of fecal urgency and anal stenosis.4.There was no difference in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids in the treatment of postoperative bleeding,perianal edema and dysuria.
