| Purpose:To observe the effect of different fitness exercises intervention on sleep disorders in patients with sleep quality,sleep related factors from the change in value of the different treatment of fitness exercises to affect the quality of sleep in patients with sleep disorders,and explore new ways of treatment of sleep disorders.Method:Collected from December 2015 to December 2016 in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of sleep disorders(49 cases),Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient treatment of sleep disorders(25 cases),China Medical University Shengjing Hospital Sleep disorders in patients(46 cases),a total of 120 cases.According to the random number table method is divided into three groups: Yangxinzhishen exercises group,fitness group,control group,each group of 40 people.Three groups at the same time taking low doses of estazolam for the treatment on the basis of Yang Xin treatment of the Department of Neurology(referred to as exercises group)daily morning and evening 1 times using the Yangxinzhishen exercises to intervene,fitness group every Morning and evening 1 day using Taijiquan to intervene,the control group did not carry out any fitness exercises intervention,treatment time is 40 days.Before and 10 days,20 days,30 days and 40 days,the SPIEGEL sleep scale was used to observe the expression of each sleep-related factor in the scale.Results: 1.120 patients were enrolled in the group,of which 11 cases were shed,the rate of shedding was 9.16%,There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of treatment between the three groups before treatment(P> 0.05).2.Clinical analysis of sleep disorders: Exercises group cured 7 cases,8 cases had marked effect,15 cases effective,invalid 7 cases,total effective rate was 83.33%;Fitness group heal in 5 cases,7 cases were markedly effective,18 were effective,invalid 7 cases,total effective rate was 78.56%;Control group 4 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,effective 13 cases,invalid 11 cases,total effective rate was 68.57%.3.Comparison of 3 groups of SPIEGEL score,exercises group,fitness group and control group after 40 days of treatment,exercises group and fitness group are better than the control group(P < 0.05),exercise group group is better than the fitness group(P < 0.05).4.3 groups of SPIEGEL sub-comparison results,exercises group,fitness group,the control group after 40 days of treatment,sleep time,total sleep time,night awakening,sleep depth,night dream,wake up feeling(P <0.05).Sleep time,total sleep time,sleep depth and nighttime dream were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).The scores of each factor were better than that of the control group(P <0.05)There were no significant differences in the number of awakening and awakening feeling between the fitness group and the control group(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Yangxinzhishen exercises with the basic amount of Western medicine for patients with sleep disorders have obvious clinical efficacy,better than Taijiquan with the basic amount of Western medicine treatment.Yangxinzhishen exercises for sleep disorders have a certain improvement in the depth of sleep and awakening feeling of a better improvement. |
