Safety Analysis Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis In The Treatment Of Patients With Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy

Purpose: To observe the safety of curcuma in the treatment of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy.Material and method: An open cohort study of 37 cases of patients in affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine department of oncology were accepted treatment of chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicinal broth in January 2016-July 2016,and divided into experimental group(19 cases)and control group(18 cases).Two groups of patients adopted the corresponding scheme of chemotherapy,and began to oral Yiqi Xiaoji Recipe(prescription from the affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine)at the first day of chemotherapy.Experimental group on the basis of the liquid form,according to the intensity of chemotherapy for patients and weight,physical condition of patients to join the corresponding dose(6,10,15 g)of curcuma.Then we used the SPSS 17.0 statistical software,group-sample t test and chi-square test to statistic and analysis the changes of the blood routine,liver and kidney function,and KPS Score(Karnofsky Performance Score,KPS)of two groups of patients before and after 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Results: 1.In the change of blood routine,the white blood cells,hemoglobin and platelets of the two groups decreased in different degrees before treatment,but there is no obvious difference between them(P > 0.05).The hemoglobin and platelet decreased in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group[(5.17±1.81VS3.62±1.09)g/L,(25.37±10.18VS19.37±7.58)10^9/L],but not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.Hematological adverse reactions,two groups were in grade I and II reaction,with the decrease of white blood cells was the highest,the test group was 57.89%,55.56% in the control group(P > 0.05),The rate of hemoglobin and platelet reduction in the two groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.In terms of changes in liver and kidney function,two groups of patients with alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,serum creatinine showed different degrees of increase,while albumin decreased tendency,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.In the KPS score changes,the experimental group in 19 cases,9 cases of stable and reduced in 10 cases,the reduction rate was 52.63%;the control group of 18 cases,10 cases of stable and 8 cases of the disease,the reduction rate was 44.44%.The results showed that there were no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Patients with malignant tumors,the use of curcuma have not been found significantly increased bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney function damage and other side effects in the course of chemotherapy,and with a certain degree of security.2.In the process of malignant tumor chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicinal broth for patients,curcuma can be applied.According to the chemotherapy of strength,weight,physical condition and the function of the spleen and stomach of the patients to adjust the dosage of zedoary,in order to ensure that within the scope of the security to get the most out of antitumor effect of curcuma.
