Professor Nie Huimin's Research On The Academic Characteristics And Clinical Drug Use Of Menstrual Diseases

OBJECTIVEBased on the TCM inheritance system,the study uses data mining techniques from the analysis of drug frequency,composition rules,core combination analysis and new analysis,combining objective data and professional capacity to summarise academic characteristics and clinical medicine regularity of Professor Nie Huimin the treatment of menstrual disorders,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.METHODSThis research adopts the method of philology to comprehensively collect related medical records,and with the field of computer science and information science frequency statistics,association rules Apriori algorithm,complex system clustering unsupervised data mining method,makes data objectively.Combining relevant professional knowledge books and monographs,firstly I analyze the academic characteristics of Professor Nie Huimin in the treatment of menstrual disease,and then separate Professor Nie Huimin’s clinical medication rules in treating menarche,late menstruation,menstrual period and dysmenorrhea.RESULTSFirstly,collect and input 608 cases of Professor Nie Huimin treatment of menstrual disease,including 140 cases of hypomenorrhea,131 cases of delayed menorrhea,100 cases of preceeded menorrhea,95 cases of dysmenorrhea,menorrhagia 37 cases of hypermenorrhea,34 cases of amenorrhea,19 cases of menostaxis,15 cases of uterine bleeding,12 cases with breast pain,8 cases of headache,4 cases with intermenstrual bleeding,3 cases with fever,2 cases with diarrhea,2 cases with retrograde menstruation.Secondly,by means of statistics module and data analysis module of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,count all the symptoms,medication,prescription drug four properties and five tastes,meridian frequency.From the statistical results,summarize Professor Nie Huimin on the etiology and pathogenesis of menstrual disease and medication characteristics.Through the adjustment of certain support and confidence,get association rules obtained and prescription of two drugs in 44 of menstrual disease and summerise the characteristics of Nie Huimin’s commonly used prescriptions and drug pairs.By setting correlation degree and penalty degree,5 pairs of core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were excavated,and Professor Nie Huimin’s medication characteristics for different symptoms and different syndromes were summarized.Finally,using frequency statistics and data mining with the same method,respectively analyze hypomenorrhea,menorrhea,preceeded menorrhea and dysmenorrheal.And get symptoms,medication,drug classification,four properties,five tastes,meridian distribution,and association rules of two drugs,the core combination,and new prescription.Then summarize Professor Nie Huimin’s different understanding of the four diseases and the characteristics of different drugs,and excavates a new combination and a new prescription.CONCLUSIONSMenstrual symptoms performance widely,involving many organs,and their etiology and pathogenesis complicate deficiency with excess and cold-heat syndrome.Professor Nie Huimin,in the treatment of menstrual diseases,attaches great importance to the treatment of trial,and is especially good at discussing from the perspective of depression.She believes that all diseases are born in stasis,and women are easy unpleasant.So xiaochaihu and sinisan are commonly used to regulate sanjiao and dredge qi blood.She respects the classic theory and pay attention to the physiological characteristics of women,so often use siwutang as a basic prescription to add and subtract.If blood deficiency is serious,use siwutang plus sijunzitang to add and substract;If blood heat is serious,use siwutang plus qin,lian to add and substract;If blood stasis is serious,use siwutang plus taoren,honghua to add and substract.If blood cold is serious,use siwutang plus aiye,ganjiang,guizhi to add ang substract.She advocates zhongjing theory,emphasizes drug compatibility,and goods at use drug pairs.Drug combination forms are varied,such as mutual reinforcement,reinforcing peers,warm and cold application,run dry sharing,regulating qi and blood and so on.She advocates "combined prescriptions academic system",and often combines jingfang and jingfang or jingfang and shifang or shifang and shifang to treat diseases.The group of chaihuji and siwuji are commonly used in the treatment of menstrual diseases by Professor Nie Huimin.
