Screening Status Of Cervical Cancer In Mudanjiang Area And HPV Genotyping Research

Objective: To find out the present situation of women’s cervical cancer screening and the HPV types study in Mudanjiang district,and to explore the clinical value of cervical cancer screening for prevention and control of cervical cancer and premalignant lesion.Methods: To use the TCT to examine 3975 cases of female cervical exfoliated cells in Mudanjiang district,then examine the positive of TCT through the vaginal endoscopy and biopsy,and the final diagnosis was based on biopsy pathology as the gold standard.Apply the RT-PCR reverse dot blot hybridization method(PCR-RDH)to detect the 23 points type of HPV genotypes of 642 cases of female specimens of cervical epithelial cells in Mudanjiang district.Results:(1)3975 cases of female speciments of cervical exfoliated cells are sent to detect by TCT and 606 cases of positive samples are detected,the positive rate is 15.25%;the posive rate of the age group over 60 years is highest(22.28%),followed by the age group from 51 to 60 years(19.26%)and the age group from 31 to 40 years is the lowest(12.81%);the incedence rate of premalignant lesion of cervical cancer and cervical cancer was 3.32% in Mudanjiang district,41~50 years old age group is the highest(1.28%),the second is 51~60 years old age(0.83%),≤20 years old age is the lowest(0.03).(2)Check out 21 kinds of HPV genotypes from 642 cases(HPV73,82 not detected),HPV infection is 226 cases,the total infection rate is 35.20%(high-risk type HPV infection is 126 cases,the positive rate is 19.63%;the low-risk infection is 23 cases,the positive rate is 3.58%;the mixed infection is 77 cases,the positive rate is 11.99%);the top four high-risk genotypes of HPV are 16,52,58,51 in turn;the infection type is given priority to single infection of HPV genotypes,the positive rate is 23.20%,the double HPV infection positive rate is 6.86%,the triple and mixed HPV infection positive rate is 5.14%;the HPV infection positive rate of ≤20,21~30、31~40、41~50、51~60 and >60 year-old age group are 28.57%、40.91%、39.62%、32.14%、32.26% and 23.81%,respectively.21 ~ 40 years-old age group of HPV infection rate is highest.Conclusions: TCT positive rate and the incidence of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,HPV infection rate and ranked in the top four high-risk genotypes infection of Mudanjiang district compared with other areas in China are different;To further confirm cervical cancer screening for cervical cancer prevention and control has very important clinical significance.
