Objective: Based on the study of Weifang City area for the fresh drinking water sampling,detection of microbial indicators,and the pathogenic bacteria isolated from the drug sensitivity test and PFGE molecular typing,in order to pollution in the region of the microorganisms in drinking water are made for the first time in a more comprehensive understanding of the blank of water the health status of Weifang area are now preparing to fill,the safety of drinking water and formulate corresponding control measures to provide reference data for the assessment department.Method: In accordance with the principles of convenience sampling,water vending machine of two brands were installed in the two seasons of winter and summer collection in Weifang city of indoor and outdoor made fresh purified drinking water,and synchronous acquisition into vending machine before the tap water as control.Brand acquisition 1 indoor 7 samples: Kuiwei 3,Weicheng 3,Hanting and Fangzi high tech 1,without the brand indoor installation of a water machine;1 outdoor brand 41 samples: Kuiwei 19,Weicheng 17,Hanting and Fangzi high tech 5,without the brand outdoor water dispenser 2 brand acquisition;indoor 9 samples: Kuiwei 2,Hanting high 4 copies,2 copies,1 copies of Fangzi;collected 47 samples of 2 outdoor brands: Kuiwei 4,high 15 copies,15 copies,13 copies of Hanting Fangzi two;two season total sampling 208 brands a.Through the detection of the total number of bacterial colonies(plate count method),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(membrane),Escherichia coli(enzyme substrate method 51 hole disc quantitative method),thermotolerant coliform bacteria(enzyme substrate method 51 hole disc quantitative method)these 4 indicators to comprehensive research on current system pollution a microorganism in drinking water,and the pathogenic bacteria isolated from drug resistance analysis(K-B method)and PFGE molecular typing.Result: B1,B2 two brands of water vending machine for the fresh water qualified rate were 89.6% and 85.7% in this survey,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.707,P> 0.05);the fresh water qualified rate was 87.5%,the qualified rate of the water tap water is 89.4%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.377,P> 0.05);outdoor fresh purified drinking water compliance rate was 88.6%,room 81.2%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.351,P> 0.05);winter outdoor fresh purified drinking water compliance rate was 93.2%,the summer of 84.1%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=3.610,P> 0.05);indoor current system the qualified rate of drinking water in winter and summer,were 81.2%;the total water tap water colony qualified rate is 90.4%,and made the fresh water qualified rate(87.5%)compared to the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.880,P> 0.05);tap water Water coliform pass rate of 98.6%,and made the fresh water qualified rate(99.5%)compared to the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.010,P> 0.05);water tap water thermotolerant coliform bacteria pass rate of 99.5%,and made the fresh water qualified rate(100%)compared with no significant difference meaning(χ2=1.002,P> 0.05);water tap water was not detected in Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the fresh water of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from the detection rate was 4.3%;the indoor fresh purified water passing rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 93.8% in winter,the summer season is 81.2%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.143,P> 0.05);outside the fresh water passing rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in winter than in summer(100%)(94.3%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.146,P<0.05);indoor fresh purified copper in water The qualified rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(87.5%)lower than the outdoor fresh purified drinking water(97.2%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.102,P< 0.05);by qualified water tap water prepared by the fresh water passing rate(93%)higher than that by unqualified water tap water produced by the current system is the sale of water qualified rate(40.9%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=48.827,P< 0.01);coliform positive samples were not detected in Salmonella,Shigella;Pseudomonas aeruginosa susceptibility rate(80%-100%),with no drug resistance strains;PFGE molecular typing experiments showed that between Pseudomonas aeruginosa the bacteria with dispersed,there is no epidemiological correlation.Conclusion: The fresh water showed no obvious purification effect on the microorganism,microbial source water will make the fresh water exceed the standard microbial probability increased significantly exceed the standard.There is not much effect on the fresh water qualified rate of microbes in the outside temperature changes,different installation environment does not affect its microbial water quality qualified rate,the fresh water microbial yield performance stability.The total number of colonies failed is the fresh water main unqualified index;the fresh water detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the water tap water was not detected in Pseudomonas aeruginosa,which reflects the water vending machine are part of the pollution in the process of production and sale of drinking water in.The temperature can affect the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa;low temperature can reduce the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,constant temperature of indoor and outdoor summer the fresh water is more easily contaminated by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The fresh drinking water sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was generally higher(80.0%-100%),no drug resistance strains,the harm of co..There is a wide variety of bands between Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and its sources and routes are diverse.The supervision and management of the installation and maintenance of the automatic water vending machine need to be strengthened.
