Numbers of Italian adult learners have been increasing with the integrated development of Confucius Institute in Italy.But it's difficult for some learners to learning and the useing daily conversation because they are not learning Chinese language in China and they need pay attention on work.So how to make the learner's Chinese language consolidated and improved has become a important realistic problem.This paper takes intermediate Chinese conversation learners of Confucius Institute in University of Milan as the research object,introduces the arrangement of the teaching of the course and the existing problems,according to the basic requirements of foreign language teaching,combined with the characteristics and conditions of the learners,the author summarizes the Chinese language teaching experience and trying to make the teaching design.On the basis of "Basic Chinese Course" and "Intermediate Chinese Course" which published by Confucius Institute,according to the relevant theories and the instructional objectives,the author summarized ten topics as the content of courses.In addition,the author made Summary and reflection of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in use of this paper.Combined with the characteristics of intermediate Chinese conversation classes,theories of teaching design and Chinese conversation teaching theory of foreign language teaching,this paper analysed the curriculum and the problems of intermediate Chinese conversation of Confucius Institute.explained The teaching design basis and thinking was explained according to the nature of intermediate Chinese conversation and the learners.Taking "ideal occupation" as an example,the author made a teaching design.The innovation of this paper are based on the practice of teaching,take topic as the main teaching content,and take Italian adult learners as the research object.The theoretical basis for this research are insufficient,the content is not specific and in-depth deficiencies.Finally,based on the writing process,the author sums up some experience and made reflection of the teaching.
