College students'role-responsibility is self-conscious attitude and behavioral disposition for role and responsibility of self. Studying of college students' role-responsibility is the basic need of comprehensive quality individuals. Developing College students'role-responsibility is the key project of mental health education and morality education research. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the relevant theoretical and empirical research of responsibility, this study, with its aim at solving the flaws in this regard, as heteronomy/ autonomous and the hard-role/ soft-role the theory basis, constructed and analyzed the structure of college students' role-responsibility; the measuring instrument of college students'role-responsibility and responsibility-dilemma situations were formed based on this structure, and discussing the development characteristics of college students'role-responsibility.In study 1, referring "kinds and hierarchy of responsibility" of Wang Feng-yan and Zheng Hong, as heteronomy/ autonomous and the hard-role/ soft-role the theory basis, constructed and analyzed the structure of college students'role-responsibility; the measuring instrument of college students'role-responsibility was formed based on this structure. Through this study, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1) The College students'role-responsibility is composed of four factors. The four factors are: Autonomous hard-role responsibility, Heteronymous hard-role responsibility, Autonomous soft-role responsibility, Heteronymous hard-role responsibility. (2) The structure of college students' role-responsibility was examined and amended, and the newly formed measuring instrument is of fine reliability and validity; it meets the demand of psychometrics and is applicable to the measurement friendship quality of college students.In study 2, Using the formal questionnaire investigated college students to explored development characteristics. The major findings revealed that:(1) College students'role-responsibility stands over the intermediate level, and there is an unbalanced reflection of the four factors of college students'role-responsibility: Heteronymous soft-responsibility>Heteronymous hard-role responsibility>Autonomo-us hard-role responsibility >Autonomous soft-role responsibility. (2) College students'role-responsibility exists some differences in sex, discipline, city or countryside original students, only child, grade.In study 3. by designing the responsibility-dilemma situation based on the former studies, aims to explore the characters of college students'responsibility behavior. The major findings revealed that:(1) In high-mandatory and low-mandatory dilemma situation, the majority of subjects chose the common responsibility behavior. (2) Whether common responsibility behavior or role responsibility behavior, subjects showed obvious autonomous features.Through three research can draw the following conclusion:college students' role- responsibility is composed of four factors. The four factors are:Autonomous hard-role responsibility, Heteronymous hard-role responsibility, Autonomous soft-role responsibility, Heteronymous hard-role responsibility. Different types of college students' show differences of role-responsibility. In responsibility dilemma situation, subjects showed obvious autonomous features.
