Throughout the domestic and foreign children's syntax research, the traditional grammar method was mainly adopted to study on children's sentence composition, sentence length and so on. Guided by the theory of semantic grammar, with four-year old children's daily conversational language as the research subject, this thesis conducted a research on the following aspects such as the definition of semantic syntactic categories, semantic features, the classification and characteristics of semantic sentence mould and its corresponding relationship with syntactic structure, the pragmatic functions of semantic sentence mould, etc.Firstly, based on the semantic syntactic category and the theoretical achievements on children's syntactic research, the annotation system of the four-year old children's semantic syntactic category was built. This system includes six parts: nodule category, role category, modal category, tone category, link category and the sole language category; the semantic syntactic framework was divided into two categories:statement structure and referential category, then according to different annotation standards, it can be subdivided into different levels in order to conduct lower position classification.Secondly, this thesis studied on the semantic features of the four-year old children's semantic syntactic category and analyzed the semantic features of the lower position in the statement structure category, such as the statement nodule category of agent, imperative, participant, incident, existent, perceptive, judgment and character. Adopting the semantic syntax research method and based on the annotated corpus, we extracted the daily conversation sentence mould of four-year old children by using corpus-based technology. According to the number of nodules and combined with the semantic role, modal category, children's sentence mould can be divided into simple sentence mould and complex sentence mould.Finally, we investigated the characteristics of extracted simple sentence and complex sentence mould. This thesis points out the four-year old children's acquisition of simple sentence mouldeis better than the complex sentence mould, and analyzed semantic roles and relevance in more than two nodule categories in the complex sentence mould. It also studied four-year old children's acquisition of part of speech subject-predicate sentence and subject-predicate predicate sentence pattern and the one-to-many corresponding relation of semantic sentence mould, and described the pragmatic functions of children's semantic sentence mould.The innovation of this thesis lies in that the study of four-year old children's semantic sentence model research is based on a large number of annotated corpus, which combines theory with practice research. Meanwhile, the corpus annotation and statistical methods are used here, which are quite unique in the research of children's languages and can also improve the accuracy and scientificity of the research.The theoretical and practical significance of this study attributes to enrich semantic grammar theory, broaden new perspectives of the semantic syntactic category and semantic sentence mould, sum up children's semantic sentence mould as well as enrich children's syntax research theory and kindergarten teaching.
