The Tang Dynasty rulers originated from the northern minority,has close affinity with minorities.More open in the early Tang Dynasty monarch national concept and accept foreign culture,showing tolerance and generosity hitherto unknown more enlightened "fully inclusive and equitable" attitude,Hu and Han people in the Central Plains,miscellaneous,Hu Han appeared the trend of integration,affected Hu Feng’s marriage,more open.The late Tang Dynasty,after the rebellion,in the face of threats from all sides,rulers take a negative attitude to the culture of ethnic minorities,the social return to traditional ethics,concept of Confucianism revival,not as open as the early stage.Etiquette is the most basic principle of marriage in the Tang dynasty,whether it is the dissolution of the marriage or marriage establishment,the Tang Dynasty marriage legislation are reflected as the guiding ideology of the morality and courtesy.The marriage legal system of the Tang Dynasty as the core to the father and the husband,mandatory with the combination of etiquette,the identity of the inequality and the law,generally more open.This article includes four parts:the first part is the establishment of marriage in the Tang Dynasty,including the prohibition of conditions and essential elements of the marriage,the second part is the lifting of the marriage in the Tang Dynasty,the third part is the Tang dynasty women’s marriage status,the fourth part is the characteristics and evaluation of marriage legal system in Tang dynasty.
