In March 29,2014 the British same-sex marriage law came into effect that means, the British gay as ordinary citizens enjoy all the same rights and interests of heterosexual couples who married, which is of great significance to commemorate the British gay events in the history, but also the results of the social system transformation and reformation.Homosexuality can not be accepted by the secular in western history because of their sexual orientation is different from the ordinary people, which is convicted religious and legal. The process of "criminalization and pathology" of homosexuality in Britain is formed under the long social system. Before nineteenth Century, religion played an important role in the process of the establishment and development of the nation and,the formation and transformation of the British national mechanism,as well as the shaping of the mainstream concept of society from top to bottom are all around the axis of religion, and reproductive-dominated agriculture, when religions birthed,is derived from whether the productivity and labor force are growing as a criterion for judging things right and wrong, which is mainly based on production and reproduction,it is the standard of judging whether the thing is right or not, whether the productivity and the labor force increase, therefore all human activities that are not for breeding purposes, including sex between men and homosexuals, are denied by religious teachings, and the "evil" of homosexuality is extended from the religious world to the secular society,in 1533,Tudor Henry VIII issued legal capital punishment for "Buggery"(a pedagogue of gay in Britain since the middle ages and sex between men is the main target of),this is the beginning of the definition of a British homosexual as a criminal.Until the second half of the nineteenth Century, with the weakening of religious influence in the United Kingdom, the law to reduce the punishment of homosexuals, however, the change of social morality is lagging behind, and the temporary reverse trend of law and morality in the social transition period has created the contradictory mentality of the British society in the nineteenth Century. On the one hand, the Victoria Dynasty set up a strict social supervision system to purify the social morality;on the other hand, the social moral codes keep homosexuality as "intolerable, outrageous, disgust" and "shameful" things from talking. In the late nineteenth Century, after a couple of years,Oscar Wilde’s close relationship with gay lovers,By this count Queensberry Oscar Wilde became the fuse, the development of events,is the inevitable result of social system transformation in nineteenth Century. At the same time,in the late nineteenth Century, the Oscar Wilde event played animportant role in the process of forcing the British social rational thinking and defining the social identity of homosexuals.By this event, from an individual point of view, homosexuality is only a tendency in the expression of some people, and can not be used to summarize all the characteristics of a person, but not to define a person’s virtue. From a social point of view, this event seems to be accidental, but in reality is a certain period of time, the British Society for the accumulation of the concentration of the prejudice against homosexuals,is a representative event. The debate about the nineteenth Century trapped in evaluation sheets by religion and law and not developed medical theory formed by the narrow space, and the existence of homosexuals gradually destroy the fence, remove the label, live as normal people into the social system. This article through to the end of the nineteenth Century British playwright Oscar Wilde is guilty of homosexual character words and deeds through analysis, analysis of the situation repressed homosexual groups in social life, shaping the social identity of the British to peep into social system for social members.
