Empirical Research On The Social Benefits Of China's Cultural Industry

In the new norm of China’s economy,cultural industry have a contrarian growth and industry linkage efficiency significantly,which has become an important engine to promote the social progress and economic transformation and upgrading.However,cultural industry have dual nature of ideology and economy,the development of cultural industry is different from other industries.The development of cultural industry should set up the―five development‖.at the same time,fully implement the party’s the fifth Plenary Session of the 18^th CPC Central Committee,which proposed to promote the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization spirit.We should closely around the core values of the era theme,not only focus on the economic benefits,but the social benefit balance and development can not be ignored,and take the social benefits as the development of cultural industry oriented and standard.In this paper,we take the social benefit as the research object.on the basis of defining the cultural industry and correlation theory,we try to clarify the economic and social benefits of cultural industry.Meanwhile,in the process of reviewing the cultural industry to grasp the status of cultural industry.We further try to grasp the meaning of social benefits with the comparative analysis of the statistical framework on Chinese and foreign.With the practice of our country,the evaluation index system is established by AHP,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the social benefit.The results show that the present stage of cultural industry has good social benefits.On weight analysis,cultural participation and culture acquired have more weights;the cultural industry social benefits should take the reform of supply side as the main line,promoting gquality and efficiency,strengthening consumption,to achieve the dynamic balance of supply and demand.
