Theory of mind and executive function and pro-social behavior are closely linked. The research shows that the enhancement of theory of mind can improve the prosocial behavior, and executive function also has a positive effect on pro-social behavior. But for the intellectual disability children, the relations of three items and the mechanism of action have not yet formed a unified conclusion. In this study, intellectual disability children were selected as subjects, and the differences in theory of mind, executive function and pro-social behavior among children of different age groups and different sexes were investigated. The relationship between theory of mind, executive function and pro-social behavior were analyzed. The mediate function of executive function in theory of mind and pro-social behavior were constructed. In this study, three special schools in Shanghai were selected to analyze 118 students in grades 1-9.Three experiments were carried out to investigate the development of theory of mind. The Stroop task and DCCS measure cold execution function,Window tasks and delay to measure hot execution function. The comfort, cooperation, sharing, helping to measure pro-social behavior. After screening out the invalid data, the effective subjects were 90.To explore development status in theory of mind, executive function and prosocial behavior of children with intellectual disability,we compared the differences in theory of mind, executive function and pro-social behavior among different age groups with intellectual disability, and analyzed the correlation between theory of mind, executive function and pro-social behavior. The results of this study are as follows:1.Intellectual disability children's each project score in theory of mind gradually increased with age.Theory of mind in the age of significant differences in high age group, middle age group in the theory of mind was significantly higher than the low age group, high age group in the theory of mind is also significantly higher than the middle age group.2.The average score of the executive function of children with intellectual disability increased with age. There were significant differences in executive function between different ages.In the high age group and middle age group, the cold executive function, the hot executive function and executive function score were significantly higher than those of low age group.3.There were significant differences in the pro-social behavior of children with intellectual disability. The scores of pro-social behavior in the high and middle age groups were significantly higher than those in the low age group, and there was no significant difference between the middle age group and the high age group in the pro-social behavior sexual differences.4.The development of cooperative behavior of children with intellectual disability is relatively early, followed by helping, sharing, the comfort, which is consistent with the development trend of normal children.5.There were significant positive correlations between theory of mind, executive function and pro-social behavior of children with intellectual disability.6.Intellectual disability children's theory of mind has an impact on the pro-social behavior.Cold execution function, hot execution function in the theory of mind and pro-social behavior play mediating role.
