The Relationship Between The Emotional Adjustment Ability Of Drug Addicts And Impulsive Traits, Drug Cravings And Intervention Studies

Research indicates that lacking of emotion regulation caused drug addiction and relapse.This study investigated emotion regulation of drug addicts,and examined the relationship between emotion regulation,impulsivity and craving.And,from the perspective of promote drug addicts emotional regulation ability,discuss the theme of synergistic group counseling for routine rehabilitation measures,so as to develop more effective measures to get rid of drugs,relapse prevention,intervention and provide a theoretical basis and reference method.Study1,210(200valid)Drug addicts completed Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ),Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale(DERS),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7),Barratt Impulsiveness Scale(BIS-11),Behavioral Inhibition/Activation System Scale(BIS/BAS)and drug craving scale(visual analogue scale VAS).Study 2,The intervention group(n=14)and control group(n=14),combining the theory of emotion regulation mainly design group psychological intervention program,group psychological intervention for intervention group;the control group received only conventional drug treatment intervention.The control group of 28 members,in the intervention group before intervention and after intervention and 3 months later,to carry on the emotion regulation ability,impulsivity trait questionnaire survey(ERQ,DERS,PHQ-9,GAD-7,BIS-11,BIS/BAS)and drug craving(VAS).Resultst:Study1,(1)It was expected that DERS would be positively associated to BIS-11 and craving(p<0.05),and ERQ was correlated with drug craving(p=0.015),and BIS/BAS BIS was also associated to craving(p=0.007);(2)PHQ-9,GAD-7 was correlated with BIS-11 and craving(p<0.05);(3)DERS had a partial mediating effect on BIS-11 and craving,and the dimension of Impulse and Strategies also had a partial mediating effect on BIS-11 and cravingt.Study 2,(1)No significant change was found in the emotion regulation and negative emotion of the intervention group(p>0.05),but the score in Clarity of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup.(2)The score in craving tendency of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup.(p<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Emotion regulation in drug addicts had a partial mediating effect on impulsivity and craving,and the dimension of Impulse and Strategies also had a partial mediating effect on BIS-11 and craving.(2)The group counseling has a significant effect on reducing drug craving of drug addicts,but it has no significant effect on improving the ability of emotion regulation and reducing the degree of negative emotion...
