| The origin of dancing can be traced back to primitive times.With the development of times,there are an increasing in the number of different kinds of dancing appeared,and the education of dancing has been widely spread around the world.This trend originally engages with people who starting dancing as their career and followed by a large of people who studying dancing as their second interests,but nowadays the trend of studying dancing is a combination of those two models,which means the spreading of dancing knowledge and dancing technical to all people who either dancing as professional or as hobby.Based on my 20 years professional dancing study,I believe that the dancing education should continuous adopting according to the change of times.In the twentieth century,the west countries have been studying the subject of dancing science,which gives dancers a variety of benefits on body movements to prevent injuries.The most profound theory called ‘Laban dance spectrum’ was created by the famous Germany dancer,Rudolf Laban,and it has still been used in today’s dancing education framework because it involved the theory of human science.However,China has been a little behind on the field of dancing science,so that I reckon we should absorb the advanced dancing technical from west countries and embed it in our traditional dancing style in order to make improvements.The art of dancing involves a lot of body movements and muscle controls.To achieve the optimum result of dancing training,both lecturers and students must have a deep understand of body science,and following a comprehensive and symmetrical training program.Because if lecturers and students dancing without studying the human body physiology,it will definitely increase the chances of injuries and also will decrease the effectiveness and efficiency of dancing education.The main point of this essay is how to implement the human body physiology into our dancing education system.Ballet originally begins in west countries and its development processes comply with the human body physiology.In addition,Ballet has been widely used in China asa dancing foundation course.Therefore,this essay will analysis how the west countries implementing the human physiology into ballet education and adding these experiences as benchmarks to improve the ballet foundation course in a comprehensive manner in China.The overall structure of this essay has three distinct sections,which includes an introduction,body(contains 4 parts)and conclusion.To be more specific,introduction consists of 4 parts,which are research supports and backgrounds,current dancing situation and literature review,the purpose of research and methodologies,research outcomes.In the body section,the first part is the explanation and concepts.It clearly expresses the differences of three keywords,which are dancing training,dancing science,and the theory of scientific dancing training.It is one the main point of this essay that allows students to improve the control of the muscles and the shape of their body by studying and understanding the human body physiology and the human body movements.Followed by the second part which focuses on analysis the causes and effects of current ballet training problems from trainers’ and trainees’ perspective.In the third part is about how to implementing the scientific dancing theories the methodologies in the ballet course with specific examples about how to use the lower body muscles and joints to perform the ballet.The last part has the most important context,which is how to apply the scientific dancing approach to solve the problems which exist in current ballet course.The whole part has been divided into two sections.From the perspective of trainers,it emphasizes the necessity of adding scientific dancing course into the syllabus and the importance of systematic training timetable.From the perspective of trainees,students should improve their self-awareness of their body physiology and design the individual solutions towards problems which are most appropriate.In the end,there is a conclusion part conclude all the main points in this essay. |
