Research On The Teaching Of New Words In Chinese As A Foreign Language

Language is the carrier of culture,every change and development of human society are accompanied by changes in language and culture.This is also the case of Chinese,which records the historical changes of Chinese culture.Chinese new words,one part of the system,as the embodiment of social culture in the new era,is the important symbol on social psychology of today’s Chinese people.New words not only affect our social life,but also affect the teaching and studying Chinese as a foreign language at the same time.On the basis of previous studies,this paper makes a simple exploration of new words teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This article is divided into five parts.Firstly,it elaborates the research significance of the new words teaching in the Chinese as a foreign language,briefly introduces the research value of this article,methods,innovations and expected conclusions.Then,making a comprehensive analysis of the new words,the main object of this paper,starts from the vocabulary,defines the new words,details the origin,type role of the the new words.On the basis of understanding the new words,the next part of the new words teaching can be discussed intuitively.Before conducting a specific discussion of this part,a simple questionnaire to international students was conducted.The questionnaire cares about students’ attitude towards new words and their desire to open courses on it,and for the next part of the discussion is practical.The new words teaching is the focus of this paper,the paper discusses its necessity and the principles,methods and strategies of teaching new words,starting from its current teaching situation,Finally,making a bold attempt to the design of the specific teaching methods.
