An Investigation Report On Chinese Teaching In The Confucius Classroom In Seyuan, Ecuador

With the development of China’s ability of economy and the globalization,China plays a more and more important role in the world,for which more and more countries choose to have transactions with China.Meanwhile more and more people choose to learn Chinese in order to do business or live in China.In a world where there is a wave of learning Chinese,teaching Chinese is getting more and more important.At the same time The Confucius Institute founded.The Confucius Institute is an important organization that is designed to spread Chinese culture all over the world,mainly to the Chinese teaching overseas.Since its foundation in 2004,it has sent over 80,000 Chinese teachers and volunteers all over the world.Until December 1,2015 there already been founded over 500 Confucius Institutes and 1000 Confucius Classes in 134 countries in the world.Under the leadership of Confucius institute,we have made a great progress of Chinese teaching en the world.But for the reason there are a lot of problems of Chinese teaching en North America for its late starting.In order to study more about Chinese teaching in Ecuador,The author of the paper has been working two years in Ecuador Siyuan academia de Lengua china and the schools Siyuan cooperate with.Taking teaching Chinese as a second language and theories of Chinese teaching as instruction,investigation and questionnaire as the main methods,to study and research Siyuan academia de Lengua China.Including the aspects such as The outline of Chinese teaching,The books they use,the purpose of the students and the setting of the class.analyzing these aspects in multiple perspectives.Summarizing the achievements of the school in the past years.At the same time,we also found some problems existing during the investigation,putting up some suggestions and solutions to these problems,hoping to promote the sustainable developments of the globalization of Chinese.
