| This article mainly investigate the volunteers of Heilongjiang university between2016 and 2017 sent to all over the world,through the design of combination of questionnaire and individual interview,to analysis and summarize the various aspects of the volunteers of selection,training,and working.The writer found the problems of volunteers from the selection to the working,giving the solution from the subjective aspect,and put forward feasible suggestions also from the perspective of the national Chinese language promotion office,selecting and training volunteers for the future hoping to improve the training mode.First,the investigation is exactly from basic data of the volunteers and draw the conclusion that the volunteers’ self situation greatly affects their going to appointed post.Especially the volunteers’ personality and educational background,directly affect the psychological changes after work and fitness.Secondly,the deficiency of training is found in the training of volunteers,mainly reflected in the time allocation and structure of the training content,both of which need to be adjusted urgently.Finally,the author thinks that the volunteers should be well prepared before the appointment,especially for the short board of their own quality.The national Chinese language promotion office should add the pertinence and practicability to the previous training,and conduct real-time investigation on the situation of volunteers,and then obtain the feedback of various aspects of the volunteers. |
