An Analysis Of The Creation Of The Tibetan-themed Documentary "Er Jin Danzhen"

With the increasing improvement of material life and the increasingly rich spiritual life,the movie market has been developing rapidly.Therefore,as an area of film,the documentary has attracted more and more attention,especially on the theme of ethnic minorities.The Tibetan documentary is an important part of them.As an effective way to spread the Tibetan culture,it is an important way to observe and record the fusion and collision between the multicultural cultures.It can make people understand intuitively the customs of the Tibetan area and play a significant role in the spreading and inheritance of the Tibetan culture.In recent years,the Tibetan region has undergone a dramatic change in the process of socialist modernization.More and more Tibetan compatriots are going out of the countryside to make a living in the city,especially the Tibetan young people,just like the ordinary people in other regions.Tibetan traditional culture is also brought into the modern city while they integrated into the urban life.However,a large number of documentaries and films about Tibetan culture focused on the unique geographical scenery and traditional culture,paid too much attention to the original flavor,and even some works widened the distance between Tibetan and the general public,through exaggerate the mystery of Tibetan culture to win the audience’s perspective.Finally,they ignored the achievements and changes in the process of socialist modernization in the Tibetan region.As a result of that,there are few works showing the life of ordinary Tibetan people in manyexisting documentaries.On this basis,the documentary,Ao-rGyan-bsTan-’Dzin,focuses on an ordinary Tibetan youth in the modern city of Chengdu.The camera is transferred to the Tibetan youth group and showed their changes by tracing the story of his pursuit of music dreams.In order to avoid misreading and deviation caused by cultural differences,the creative team is composed of two Tibetan and Han compatriots,which record and reflect objectively the inner world of the life of the youth group in the city by the complementary way of the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external perspectives.This paper analyzes the topic and intention of the documentaryand explains the whole production process of the documentary which includes three steps:prophase planning,mid-term making and later editing.
