Research On E-government Information Resource Management For Smart Cities

Along with the economy and information globalization and China's comprehensive construction of a well-off society and accelerating the modernization of society in the new period, A Smart City should be developed with the highly integrated information technology and the information resources comprehensive application, and the content of government intelligent management innovation, enterprise intelligence service innovation and the wisdom of the public life innovation. It is the essential way for our government to attach importance to people's livelihood and sustainable development of the city and to solve all social problems. It is also an important strategy to enhance the urban competitiveness and promote the harmonious development of global low carbon society. E-government information resources management is an important guarantee to achieve the strategic objectives of Smart City, the basis of Smart City information technology infrastructure, and the key factor in the overall performance improvement and sustainable development of Smart City.The point of view chosen in this paper is based on the background of E-government information resources management and wisdom of urban construction. The difference between the traditional E-government information resources management and the wisdom of urban construction background was analysed to explore the existing problems and solutions. Taking Tianjin E-government information resources management as research objects, whose development under the background of Smart City were studied. The study showed that Tianjin E-government information resources management presents a lack of unified planning, lagging behind of the network infrastructure construction, lower level of information sharing and coordination ability, and the professional talent shortage and other issues. The integration optimization of the wisdom of building government and E-government information resources management was proposed, including the introduction of market mechanism, innovation of the service means, improvement of staff quality, and accelerating the realization of Tianjin wisdom of government information resource management.
