Poland became a new member state of European Union on May 1, 2004. During the past 12 years, Poland gradually adapting to be a EU member state. Poland's position in EU has promoted distinctly because of its positive attitude towards the EU affairs in these years.Poland practised nationalism characteristic foreign policy after the right-wing party came into office in 2005, thus generated discord to Poland-EU relation. In 2007, Tusk government endeavor in repairing cracks between Poland and EU in a flexible and practical way, to leading Poland “Back to Europe” once again. By taking the chance of conducting rotating EU presidency, Komorowski government actively engaging in kinds of EU affairs, thus becoming one of troika along with France and Germany in the EU. But in October 2015, the right-wing party Law and Justice holding power the second time. Duda government heralding the resurgence of a more socially conservative and Euroskeptical strand of Polish politics, the unexpected political shift is also forcing a rethingk of Poland by its main EU partners as well as creating a lot of concern in domestic. It can be seen that even though that Poland is leaning to be a part of EU, but still hestitate to deepening EU political intergration.Through analysing the foreign policies of Poland government after its join into EU, it can be disvovered that the right-wing party has a very nationalistic background while the center-left party prefer fitting in the EU community. The power struggles and regime change in Poland political result in the Poland's foreign policy lacks of continuity, and the Europe culture identity problem gradually obvious in Poland community in recent years, both of them are affecting Poland's foreign policy towards EU. The paper is just based on the review of Poland-EU relations history and all previous policies of Polish government, then discusses the possibility if the Polish Phenomenon will become an durable diplomatic behavior in EU.
