Research On The Equalization Of Urban And Rural Housing Security In Yunnan Province

Housing security is an important part of basic public service system,is one of the public services of the most basic social conditions which is needed to ensure all citizens the right to survival and development,and is the key of the government's fair and reasonable and efficient allocation of basic public resources for the low-income groups and improving their life level,of which the balanced development is an important means to promote social justice and an origin of protecting the citizens social welfare.Since housing system reformed comprehensively in 1998,the housing level of urban and rural residents in China has been increased significantly,and the housing market has got the long-term development.Meanwhile,due to the continuous rise of housing price in Yunnan province,the problem is also increasingly outstanding that middle-income families can't afford to buy the houses and improve their housing condition.At present,in Yunnan province the unequal supply of housing security services mainly reflected in the unequal opportunity and allocation and result of housing security.By means of analyzing the current situation,the existence question of the urban and rural housing and the reason in Yunnan province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for realizing the equality of urban and rural housing security.
