Research On Civic Ethics Issues In The Use Of The Internet

The Internet society has become an important part of human society,no doubt,morality,as the vital principal and regulation,can evaluate human's behavior and adjust the relationship between human being,nature,and society,so morality should be accepted by Internet society.This means morality is supposed to play an critical role in regulating Internet behaviors,adjusting and sustaining the stability of Internet society,and maintaining the order of Internet society.There is a strong relevance between Internet morality and social citizen morality.Nowadays,Internet morality has proved a lot in our country.And It is closely related to the social morality.Meanwhile,the phenomenon of lacking of morality on the Internet is still existing.The mission of rebuilt the morality system is on the way.This thesis aims to discuss the reason of morality loss,and try to propose the means of cultivate the morality.In the first part,the article would talk about the features of Internet using and make a description of citizen morality of the internet.Specifically,the first part aims to discuss the fundamental moral principal in Internet using,and how to let it make a difference between human relations.In the second part,the article emphasizes the necessity of the process of building Internet morality and the importance of maintaining the Internet morality.And this part shows the necessity of strengthening citizen morality in spreading the core values in Chinese Socialism.It is the demand of creating equal communication internet environment,meanwhile,it is necessary for internet supervision.In the third part,the article focuses on the current situation of the issues on citizen morality of Internet,and try to find the reasons of such problem.First,this part analyzes the positive side of citizen morality in Internet using,such as it could spread the sense of equality and individual right.And then it will describe the appearance of morality loss on the internet.For instance,there are many negative phenomenons like lost in value,fake information pollution,Internet speculation,and Internet Crime.Finally,this part discusses the five possible causes of morality lost on the Internet,they are the extramalization of individualism and liberalism,the drive of unreasonable of financial benefits,lack of supervision,lack of identification,imperfection of laws.In the fourth part,the article tends to propose five possible measures of solving the problem of the morality loss on the internet.They are specify the principal of morality,improve citizens' quality,cultivate citizens' self-discipline spirit,focus on the special people,perfect the law system.
