| In the recent years,the electronic commerce has developed rapidly all over the world and it is an important force to promote world economic growth.However,there are many problems while the develop of the electronic commerce in our country.For instance,the e-commerce platform regulatory system in our country is not consummate now.For this reason,the develop of electronic commerce in our country has been impeded.Therefore,the author provides several advice for improve the regulation of the electronic commerce in our country in this dissertation.The basic content of this dissertation is divided into the following four parts:The first part of this dissertation mainly analyzed the basic theory of the regulation of the electronic commerce in our country,including the connotation and characteristics of the e-commerce platform,the present situation of the e-commerce platform development in our country,the legal basis of the regulation of the e-commerce platform in our country and the relationship between regulation and innovation of the electronic commerce.The second part of this dissertation mainly analyzed the present situation of our e-commerce platform for supervision and existing problems,the problems include imperfect law system,outdated regulatory concept and so on.The third part of this dissertation mainly analyzed foreign e-commerce platform regulatory status and their significance.Explored the successful experience of the regulation of e-commerce platform in foreign countries and improve the system in our own country.The last part of this dissertation mainly analyzed the principle and the solutions for the regulation of e-commerce platform in our country.The three main principle include effective regulation,information protection and promote innovation.The solutions include complete the legislation frame,replace supervision concepts,improved regulatory means and so on.By pitching the solutions above,the electronic commerce in our country will develop more steady in the future. |
