Research On The Employment Problem Of Landless Peasants In Ethnic Minority Areas In Guizhou During The Process Of Urbanization

In recently years,with the development of urbanization,peasants in Guizhou ethnic minority areas are losing their survival-depending land,thus the consequent employment issues are affecting Guizhou multi-ethnic common development and prosperity,which not only affects these areas' economic development and social stability but also impedes achieving the strategic goal of multi-ethnic China common developing and prospering.This thesis applied field research method,theoretical analysis method,documentary method and other methods to investigate and analyze land-lost peasants' employment issues of S county in Guizhou ethnic minority areas during the process of urbanization.It elaborated the theoretical foundation and related objects behind this phenomenon.The theoretical foundation includes urbanization caused land-lost peasants employment,Marxist employment theory,main leaders' employment theory since the establishment of PRC.Related objects covers the local government,village organizations,the market,training institutions and land-lost peasants.In the perspective of realizing social fairness and sustainable development,this res earch strengthens the importance of land-lost peasants' employment issues in Guizhou ethnic minority areas by urbanization.Solving these problems can promote healthy development of the local economy,realize social fairness,secure land-lost people's individual survival and development,and build a harmonious society.In order to find out land-lost peasants' employment issues of S county in Guizhou ethnic minority areas during the process of urbanization,based on field research,conclusion is reached: land-lost peasants in S county have unbalanced economic structures;employment lacks the guarantee of policies and systems;the labor market can't absorb labor force;the government is weak in providing employment training;people's ideological perception is outdated and other problems.According to theses problems,solutions are given: at the economic level,adjusting three economic industrial structures;at legal system level,consummating the legal employment system;at the market level,perfecting the labor market;at the training institutional level,enhancing land-lost peasants employment training to improve their employment skills and perception.
