Research On The Improvement Of Social Pension Service System In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of Population Aging

Population aging is a worldwide problem,which poses a serious challenge to the elderly.In recent years,with the joint efforts of various government departments and the whole society,our country has established a relatively perfect social pension service system.However,there still exist major deficiencies and we need to make great efforts to improve it.Shaanxi is no exception.In order to effectively cope with and reduce the negative impact of aging on the economic and social development of Shaanxi,we will build and improve the social pension service system which is in line with the aging of the population in Shaanxi.This paper uses the method of literature analysis,research and comparative study to adopt the social pension This paper summarizes the status quote of the social old-age service system in Shaanxi province on the basis of the research on the old-age service institutions,service prices and service teams in various regions of Shaanxi Province,which are based on the theory of welfare,pluralism and intergenerational ethical relations.And the main problems of existence.The results show that the number of beds owned by the elderly is higher than that of the whole country.The government has the highest occupancy rate and the financial support is increasing.The pension for the elderly Far can not afford high care costs,lack of pension service personnel,the professional level of professional low.The main problems include:low quality of service and specialization;lack of government support,supervision and management to be strengthened;unstable sources of funds,private pension agencies and other difficulties.On the basis of drawing on the advanced development experience of Beijing,Hangzhou and Guangzhou,this paper has strengthened the management system and the construction of specialized talents in the course of the development of the existing pension service system in Shaanxi Province.Mechanism;to strengthen the government support and guidance,improve the supervision mechanism;play the role of private capital in the pension service,promote the development of private pension agencies countermeasures,with a view to the future development of the pension service system in Shaanxi Province to provide a more effective reference,Improve their pension service level.
