Research On The Evolution Mechanism And Guiding Strategy Of Emergency Network Public Opinion

With the development of network environment and the change of social and economic environment,public opinion of emergency network has caused great influence on government and society.With the support of national policy,the research on public opinion and guidance strategy of emergency network has become a hot topic in recent years.The aim of this paper is to clarify the evolution mechanism of the public opinion of the emergency network,to put forward the corresponding strategy to guide the social harmony and stability based on the evolutionary mechanism and the problems in the evolution.This paper constructs the information ecological chain of the public opinion of the emergency network by using the information ecology theory,and then studies the evolution mechanism of the public opinion of the Paroxysmal event network.In view of the problems existing in the evolution of public opinion,this paper puts forward corresponding guiding strategies for public opinion based on relevant management theory and communication theory.Finally,using the method of case study,the paper carries out the confirmation study of the network public opinion guidance.
