Mediation Research On Doctor-patient Disputes In The Urban Areas Under The Vision Of Grassroots Social Governance

The doctor-patient dispute is an important content of social governance at the grass-roots level.It is of great significance to deal with the dispute between doctors and patients to balance the interests of various groups in medical disputes and to build a peaceful and harmonious society.With the current level of economic development,people's emphasis on health improvement of medical resource needs and requirements are increasingly high,and the government provided health resources are limited,in order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand,the state made great in strength and impetus of medical system reform,promote the medical resources market.The medical resources market to a certain extent alleviated the contradiction between supply and demand of medical resources,but also makes the medical treatment cost is greatly improved,patients pay a high cost at the same time,the quality and level of medical resources expectations also increased,which objectively intensifies the doctor-patient dispute.Especially in the areas where the ethnic minorities are relatively concentrated in Yi area,due to limited medical cognition level,poor communication and cultural differences,the patients are not reliable enough for hospitals and medical workers,which easily lead to doctor-patient disputes.At the same time,if this kind of doctor-patient dispute is not handled well,it is very easy to rise to national problems and even produce group events,causing very serious social consequences.Facing the difficult problem of doctor-patient disputes,various areas of social governance have been explored.Relatively speaking,mediation has become a common understanding in academic and practical circles.To resolve the dispute by way of mediation,especially the Yi area disputes,one can strengthen between doctors,patients,government,social communication,and promote mutual trust between each other,to ease the tension in the doctor-patient relationship,plays a very important role in building a harmonious ethnic relations,on the other hand through mediation can be reduced to the contradiction in the controllable range,effectively prevent the worsening of the situation,effectively enhance the ability of grassroots social governance,maintain social stability.But when mediation is specific,when to intervene is the most effective.They are also lack of research on a series of problems,such as the impact of grassroots governance,especially on the governance of the Yi Autonomous Region.This paper attempts to take Y County as an example to introduce various ways of mediation and the advantages and disadvantages of grassroots governance in Yi Autonomous Region,so as to straighten out the mediation mechanism,rationally optimize the allocation of mediation resources and improve the ability and level of social governance at the grass-roots level.In structure,the paper is mainly divided into six parts: the introduction part briefly describes the background and significance of the research,expounds the related theories and literature review,and introduces the research methods,research ideas and the definition of related concepts.The first chapter is the historical evolution of grass-roots social governance and Y County doctor-patient dispute mediation.By analyzing the changes of social governance and the way of doctor-patient dispute mediation before and after the reform and opening up,we further highlight the significance and research value of this study.The second,third,fourth chapter mainly studies the people's mediation,administrative mediation and judicial mediation,focusing on the various ways of mediation in different timing of intervention,and the impact on grassroots social governance.Based on the last part of three kinds of mediation,put forward to accurately grasp and reasonable choice of three kinds of mediation to resolve the contradictions of medical disputes in Yi region,the maximum to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of mediation,maintaining social harmony and stability and national unity,we should also pay attention to the use of ethnic customary law and fully respect and guarantee Yi ethnic habits,take the law as the criterion on the basic rational use of customary law,respect for the unique ethnic customs mediation,in order to achieve the best social effect.
